Rosalie Rosewater
___
It was midweek, and the only thing motivating the students of Hogwarts was the Christmas break that was slowly approaching. On this wintery Wednesday in particular, after being walked to her class by her boyfriend Thomas, Rosalie spontaneously sat down on the empty seat that resided beside Harry.
He turned his head at the sound of the usual unoccupied chair scraping against the stone floor, a look of confusion on his face as he realised who had sat next to him. Rosalie rolled her eyes at his expression, ignoring the stares of her friends from a couple of tables behind - Draco's feeling especially strong. His eyes practically burned into the back of her head.
Rosalie quickly shrugged him off, and instead snorted at Harry's bewildered expression. "Don't look too excited."
He shook his head with an apologetic smile, "I'm sorry, you just kind of surprised me."
"I mean I do look horrific tod-"
Rosalie's words came to a sudden halt as a cry escaped Harry's lips, his hands clutching his forehead in a violently looking pain. The classroom instantly silenced, everyone, looking in between Harry and Rosalie as if she had just attempted murder.
"-Merlin, are you alright?" Rosalie exclaimed with wide eyes, placing her hand on his shoulder.
Harry closed his eyes for a moment, composing himself before slowly opening them and looking towards Rosalie and his friends who had turned around in an instant. "I-I saw something,"
Hermione's bushy hair shook with every turn of her head towards Harry and Rosalie. "What?! Harry, what did you see?"
His eyes flickered away from his famous duo and landed on an exasperated-looking Rosalie. She'd never witnessed something like it before and it definitely showed. "I-I looked at your shoulder," He mumbled out painfully slow, a look of fright on his face. "I saw a blonde lady running in the dark."
A blonde lady? The only blondes Rosalie knew were Melanie and Draco. Draco's platinum hair wasn't something that we're naturally very common anyway.
"What did she look like?" Rosalie asked quietly, peering at Ron and Hermione with slight fear. She had a weird feeling in the pit of her stomach, and she had no idea why.
Harry shook his head, "I only saw the back of her, though, it looked like she was holding onto something really tightly, I could tell by the way her arms looked from behind."
The class around them had gone back to their own devices as a result of the lack of information as to what actually happened, although Rosalie's group of friends still stared as did Rosalie at Harry.
