We walked back to Alex's car while he went on and on about how cute his dog was. Well, there just happened to be a pothole and I tripped. Alex grabbed me before I fell.

"Well the parking lot isn't the best part about this place" Alex blushed. He noticed how he caught me left me in an awkward position and froze. I had to do something to snap him out of it.

'Let go of me you weirdo' I wrote. He unfroze.

"Right, let's get you home" Alex spoke, we got in his car and I looked at the time. It was already 8:30. They're both gonna be mad.

'How did we spend seven hours there?' I wrote.

"Well you took a nap and I didn't want to wake you" Alex stated. You don't just let someone take a nap like that! Not for several hours!

'Just start driving and maybe we can make it back before nine' I wrote.

"Okay" Alex sighed, he was disappointed he had hoping to spend more time with (y/n).

We didn't get home until 9:05 Jett won't let this go. What am I going to do about this one?

'Thanks for the ride, I'll see you later' I wrote, then waved at Alex.

"Oh come on not even a kiss on the cheek?" Alex joked. This guy...

'Haha very funny but no' I wrote, then ran inside but the lights were off. In the corner of the room the lamp was turned on with Jett and Micheal underneath it. What the hell are they up to?

"You're in trouble" Jett laughed, here it comes.

"Where have you been young lady?" Micheal questioned, Micheal seemed different right now.

'Grabbing food' I wrote, holding up a kids meal for Jett.

"McDonald's? I've only heard about it in legends!" Jett joked, running up to grab his food.

"You're late" Micheal stated, with growing anxiety lingering in his words.

'I took a nap, you guys are exhausting' I wrote, I smiled at him but he didn't seem reassured by this.

"You're no fun, but you were gone so long that we went out and got groceries" Micheal informed.

'Really? Thank you' I wrote.

"Just letting you know before you pull the same thing with the car, even before I died I only knew how to boil water" Micheal nodded.

'I can teach you if you want' I wrote.

"Don't let her cook!" Jett yelled.

'Come on I'm not that bad!' I wrote. Maybe not as bad as dad's, he somehow made everything in the shape of trash, and it smelt like it too.

"She once caught the water on fire" Jett whispered.

'I can hear you' I wrote.

"Mom quit teaching her once she found out that she has the cooking skills of our dad" Jett nodded.

'She thought it was hopeless teaching dad too' I wrote.

"What do we do if none of us can cook?" Micheal said, "I may not have to eat but you two have to"

"We can just eat TV dinners" Jett suggested.

'That works' I wrote.

"But what do we do with the other groceries?" Micheal questioned.

'Donate them, what can we do if we can't cook?' I wrote.

"Money wasted" Micheal sighed, "wish I knew none of us could cook before I bought the groceries"
