I sighed wiping my tears away from my eyes, it's been five years and I'm still hurt. My son kylan is three now. Kentrell left to go play house with another bitch just as expected
"dada! I 'ant dada!" Kylan yells
I rolled my eyes trying my best not to cuss this boy out, he was just like his damn daddy irrating
"I take you to yo daddy when you finish eating okay? And you better watch who you talking to little boy for I pop you"

I raised my finger and popped him in his lip making him frown and his eyes tear up
"What I say kylan?"
"ou ean! telling dada on ou" he pouted picking up his fork
"How many time I gotta tell you I'm not scared of Kentrell punk ass!"

"Wanna get popped again?"

"Alright then betta get it together nigga" I said scooping some eggs off my plate
He hang around Kentrell and his friends too much they gone get his ass beat thinking he can disrespect me

I look up at kylan to see him playing with his spoon, he tells me all the time how he wants mama and dada happy together it make me sad
"I'm always gone love your daddy ky you hear me? Always"
He cheesed before finishing his food and jumping down from his chair. One day this boy gone hurt himself
"Be careful kylan!"

"Yuh!" He smiled proudly before tripping over his shoes
I put our dishes in the sink rolling my eyes me and Kentrell finna have a nice talk

Kentrell opens the door with a wide smile on his face
"My lil slime! What ya up too" he said scooping kylan up off the ground
"Me and mama eat eggos and cakes!" He yelled making Kentrell chuckle
I rolled my eyes pushing past him then smiling he don't get to see my smile no more
"Mama hurt my lip!"
I look back squinting my eyes at kylan so he know I'm on his ass when we get home. I didn't know he was gone snitch for real.
