A-Troupe Christmas Party

a/n  This is set as if A-troupe went to nationals

It was the week before Christmas, A-Troupe was at their Christmas party but with a twist. The Christmas party was also to celebrate their nationals win. The troupe also organised a secret Santa among themselves.

It was the day, the day of their Christmas party that was also a sleepover at the studio. A-Troupe spent all evening, preparing for it.

In the evening, the troupe hopped onto a sofa and began to watch a Christmas movie- Home Alone. About half-way through watching home alone, Piper & Finn was already asleep with her head resting on Finn's chest. Henry and Amy weren't paying much attention to the film because they were cuddled up, close to falling asleep. Richelle looked like she was going to fall off the sofa. Ozzy was sitting on his foot. Heath was sitting on the floor because summer took up the entire sofa with her body. Kingston & Lily had just broken up and sat at opposite ends of the row of sofas. Kenzie sat with Lily along with having her legs dangle off the end of their sofa.

When the movie ended, Nick woke everyone up. Piper, Finn, Henry, Amy and Summer all claimed that they were 'napping' but everyone else knew that they were lying.

The troupe began to play truth or dare as of Nick's request; possibly so he could catch up on the gossip. Virtually no one picked truth because they knew that it would become boring relatively quickly. The dares ranged from Kenzie teaching the girls cheerleading to Ozzy, moving his sleeping bag to Richelle's. A-troupe also insisted that they watched Nick dance since he's seen them dance for nearly a year. They laughed hysterically as he tried to imitate A-troupe's moves. Eventually, Nick joined in with the laughter as Summer posted the video to the group chat and Amy posted it to Instagram with the caption "when your studio head imitates your dancing".

After playing truth or dare, the teenagers decided to get into their sleeping bags. Heath near the fire exit. Piper & Finn near the windows- enjoying each other's embrace. Henry with Amy's head on his shoulder, near the mirrors. Ozzy next to Richelle due to his dare. Kingston & Lily had just got back together and were sleeping, holding hands near where the TV was. Summer had forgotten her sleeping bag and was fast asleep on a sofa; she blamed it on her oracle cards. Kenzie slept behind a sofa with her back almost touching it.

                                  THE NEXT DAY

Summer woke up first after falling off her sofa and cut her lip open. The thud she made woke Kenzie and Heath; he got his first aid kit out & stopped the bleeding. Kingston & Lily woke up after Kingston supposedly kicked Lily then broke up. Ozzy & Richelle woke up after Lily yelled at Kingston right before Ozzy's ADHD medication was due. A few minutes later, Henry & Amy woke due to all the commotion which randomly didn't wake Piper & Finn. It was rapidly approaching 10:30 am- when The Next Steep stopped doing breakfasts. Luckily, they knew what they would like. As the young couple happily slept, the rest of the team and Nick got breakfast. They got Piper a croissant and a tea with no milk, they got Finn a random tea as he was like a human rubbish bin. When the group returned, they saw they saw the teenage couple cuddled up in the same sleeping bag. Amy took a picture of them then let them be. About 10 mins later, Finn mumbled "I love you soo much, pipes" which woke her up. The team quickly gave the pair their food which was nearly cold as they cleaned up the mess from truth or dare.

The troupe were a little mad at Piper & Finn, they understood that Finn valued his sleep and Piper loved him to bits. Kingston & Lily broke up again because their teammates were being cuter than they were.

When everyone was ready, they began to do their Secret Santa. Ozzy got a fidget cube and some magnetic balls from Piper to hopefully help his ADHD. Piper got a new notebook to help her anxiety from Kenzie. Kenzie got a new book about common invisible illnesses from Richelle as she's developed a passion for them. Richelle got some makeup from her favourite brand from Amy. Henry & Ozzy worked together to get Kingston & Lily a book each on relationship advice. Heath got a small sewing kit to add to his emergency survival kit from Summer. Henry got the newest Legions of Lasers game from Finn as he was the only one who didn't have it. Amy got a new ring light for filming TikToks from Summer. Finn got fish slippers as more of a prank from Heath. Summer got a mindfulness colouring book. Nick requested to not do the Secret Santa.

It was nearly time to party when the OGs came running into studio A to get the party properly started. Everyone in the room began to party. When flying came on, Piper & Finn began to dance-based off of her anxiety that was even more passionate than their nationals duet that they've recently choreographed. By the end of it, the girls were crying and James gave the 'that's my sister' look.

Everyone partied until it was time to go. This was one of the best Christmas partied that TNS ever had.
