Y/N'S POV

Y/N: ADAM!

Adam turned and looked at me and Fe Long down the street and laughed at us

Adam: Where are the other two? Is someone getting protective?

Y/N: After you cut off Yang's arm, I'm pretty sure I have a good reason to be

Fe Long: Will you two shut up and fight?

Fe Long turned a chunk of the earth in front of us into lava and began hurling it at Adam. All he did though was dodge and charge at us, sending Fe Long flying with a hit to his gut. Then a certain red fire ferret jumped on his face and gave us time to run. Once we were far enough, I made a gust of wind blow Haru onto my shoulders before we ran down an alley. Fe Long then melted one of the walls for us to hide in before sealing it back up

???: Thank goodness you two are ok

I turn around and make a small flame for light when I see Nyima and Yang

Yang: What do we do now?

Y/N: Avatar Chang said to go to the park

Fe Long: But how do we do that with Mr. Zappy on our tails? I'm lucky to have just been sent flying

Y/N: I don't know. Ama just flew away so we can't fly there

Nyima: You and I can sneak over there while they find Ama

Yang: I can't even go near him without freezing up.. I'll go find Ama

Y/N: Are you sure you're fine going alone?

Yang: He wants you and I won't be able to protect you. The best I can do is find Ama and get us out of here

I nodded and hugged her, telling her to be safe before we parted ways. Fe Long created and opening in the wall and we ran for it. To our surprise, Adam was nowhere in sight. We made it to the park pretty quickly and there was a massive crater with massive dead vines protruding from it

Fe Long: What the heck? I've never seen vines that big

Nyima: I have. They're spirit vines!!

Y/N: What?

Nyima: They draw from energy from the Spirit World. There used to be a portal here!!

Chang: Alright, Y/N. I'll take it from here

Y/N: Huh?

Suddenly, my eyes went white and it felt like Chang was taking over

YANG'S POV

I went looking for Ama by the rooftops. She seemed so startled that she didn't care about the things that she hit just to get away. She left a trail of rubble that I followed.  Eventually I found her hiding inside a massive skyscraper

Yang: AMA!! DOWN HE-

Before I could finish calling for her, I got shocked in the back and passed out

Y/N'S POV

When I was put back in control, there was a massive portal in the center of the crater, just like the one Nyima mentioned

Chang: I shut this thing to protect the Spirit World from Salem. I wish things wouldn't get so desperate. Look for Iroh and Zaheer. You can't miss them

Adam: STOP RIGHT THERE AVATAR!!

We turned around saw Adam shouting from a building, holding Yang in one hand over the ledge

Adam: COME WITH ME QUIETLY OR SHE FALLS!!

Fe Long got ready to attack but I stopped him. We can't risk Yang being hurt. I walked closer and closer before blasting up to him with airbending. He then placed Yang back onto the roof like he promised before something came crashing through building, causing me and Yang to fall on the back of a certain Bison

Y/N: Ama!! You crazy girl, welcome back! Grab the others and go through that light!!

She roared in acknowledgement and flew down low enough for Fe Long, Haru and Nyima and flew though the Spirit Portal

CINDER'S POV

Neo and I flew in a hijacked Mistral Police airship, heading for Atlas when suddenly a massive green light burst out in what looked like a ruined city

Cinder: Neo, change of plans. We're going after the Avatar
