Lins POV
I quickly scrambled off of jons lap and onto my bed. "Sorry you had to see me like this."I say sheepishly.
"It's fine, we all have our ups and our downs in life. Things will get better, trust me Lin. When you hit rock bottom, the only place to go from there is up." Jon said, holding my hand and smiling weakly.
"Thanks. You've been an amazing freind, even though I've only known you for what?" I say, thinking about how long I've actually known Jonathan for. "3 weeks?"
"That's what friends are for. Just remember youll always have a shoulder to cry on" jon said. I smile at him.
"Thanks Jon, that means alot." I say, shedding a tear. He wipes it away gently.
"Of course, lin." Jon said.
Time skip before the auditions.

I saw daveed diggs at a local coffee shop.
"Hey, how would you feel if i offered a position in my play?"
"What's the play?" Daveed asks
"Hip hop play explaining Alexander Hamiltons life." I reply.
"Sounds dumb, I'm in." He says.
"Stop by the richard Rodgers theater later today." I instruct him.
"Alright."
After the auditions
The first auditions where Jonathan and daveed. Amazing. Better than the others. So they got the parts they wanted. Jonathan got king George iii, and daveed got lafayette and thomas Jefferson. Phillipa soo got Eliza hamilton, Renee Elise goldsbury got angelica schuyler. Jasmine cephas Jones got the roles of peggy schuyler and Maria Reynolds. Leslie odom jr. Got aaron burr. Anthony ramos got john laurens and phillip hamilton. Christopher Jackson is George washington. Oakierete onaodowan is Hercules mulligans and James Madison. Those are the main characters, the other ones are not as important and I don't feel like listing them.
Only problem is, were short on dressing rooms... Guess some of us are sharing!
