SO sorry for the long, long, wait. Here it is. I made it worth it though and I'll stay on top with this, promise :D

Katarina was tired. She felt like she was ages old and she really wanted to sleep forever. Harper stared at her expectantly and it was as if the walls were closing in around her. She didn’t want to be a part of this grand scheme. She didn’t know any information, yet those men claimed she did. They scared the hell out of her, and there was no one to tell or they’d be killed. She didn’t want to be the cause for anyone’s death around here.

Her breathing hiked up and she turned away from Harper. From the corner of her eyes she could see her lips moving but there was no sound, nothing audible. Kat narrowed her eyes, shuddering as the black walls turned into the soft green of her familiar bed chamber from back home, a girl curled up in bed.

The feeling was suffocating and it took her breath away while straining her eyes. She didn’t quite understand what was going on. Was she dreaming? Not too long ago she was looking at Harper.

The bed chamber door was thrown open and Margaret forced her way in. “Katarina, get up, I know you’re not asleep.”

Kat gasped, that woman in her bed was that imposter! Margaret believed the imposter was her! The girl in the bed groaned. Kat remembered that her name was Clast.

“Leave me alone,” Clast groaned.

“We need to talk about William.” Margaret set her hands on her hips, eyes blazing. She wasn’t fooling around.

“Yes?” Clast shot up.

“What game are you playing? One moment you are into the other, and then you hate each other. I don’t quite understand. The announcement of your wedding is soon, Kat, you better get it together.” Margaret spun on her heel and was out the door. The image dissipated as Clast screamed, throwing a pillow at the closing door.

Katarina shuddered as she was filled with a suffocating chill. What was that? “Oh God, oh my God, what just happened? Where am I? Where am I?” she screamed, patting herself down with panic.

“What is wrong with you?” Harper placed a hand on Kat’s shoulder and Kat shrunk away.

“I saw her, I saw that…that…bitch!” she shrieked. “I’m going back. I’m taking my life back. There is no way in freaking hell I’m going to end up married to that stupid Prince William. Yeah, it’s so great for her because she’s a poor merchant’s daughter. I’ll have the army slaughter her. That’s what I’m going to do. I’ll have her head above my bed.” Her eyes gleamed with hate and Harper inched away from her.

“Um, I don’t know what happened in between two seconds ago and now but…Who are we talking about?”

“Clast, that stupid bitch Clast!”

“Whoa, I thought you said you switched lives?”

“You think it was voluntarily? Ha! Ha! Hahahaha! You’re so funny I could weep for you. I need a horse. I’m going back home.”

“Who made you switch lives?”

“Someone I can’t speak the name of.”

“I don’t understand what is going on.”

“Help. Me. Find. A. Horse.” Kat glared at Harper.

Harper narrowed her eyes. “Fine, I’m coming with you.”

“No, you aren’t.”

“Then I’m not helping you.”

“Damn you!” Kat stomped out of the house and into the night. She had no idea what that thing was she just saw but she had to get to Ichanon before Clast wed William. There was no way she was letting that happen. Harper followed behind and then she screamed. Kat whipped her head around and there was Avilla, eyes swirling with that dark magic again. Kat tried to fight but it was inevitable as the world faded before her.
