While Marla takes Aaron to the bar to collect their thoughts. Aaron's compulsion to clean and organize kicks in when he sees the mess around him and he straightens things out in short order. After also impressing bartender Gus with his business acumen, Aaron is hired. Aaron takes things further by expanding the business by enforcing a dress code, replacing American Football with European and chases off the gang when he needs their table for paying customers.
The next evening, James saw Aaron cleaning up, and tells him not to work very young, pulls Aaron's ear and leaves.
The next morning, Marla gives Aaron an advice as James, Ronny, Donny, Keith, Russ, Randy and Dwight were upset about last night's incident.
