"Good morning y/n, time to wake up"
You groaned about to slap her then realized she held your hands down so it wouldn't happen again, you looked at her and blushed from the close contact mere centimeters.
"Emmaaaa, why"
"Y/nnnnnnnn, because it's breakfast and its your favourite  f/f"
At that second you stood up quickly since she moved, and got ready

~~~~~~~~~~ Time skip to outside~~~~~~~ 

"Y/n you going to play with us?" Emma asked with her cute eyes
"sorry Emma but I have to decline" which left Emma upset for a few seconds
When they all ran you went over to Ray who was sitting alone under a tree like per usual

"Hey Ray"
"Hi Y/n, what exactly do you want from me?"
"who said i wanted anything I just wanted to talk to my friend"
This is what made him look up with a deadpan face
"You never talk to me unless you're bored or want advice, so spill"
You sighed "I like Emma but I'm scared she doesn't see me in that way, so I need your advice"
"Have you tried talking to her?"
"ARE YOU CRAZY! SHE'S GOING TO KNOW THEN HATE ME!"
"ok have you seen signs that she likes you?"
"Ray, Ray, Ray, you know how oblivious I am to that stuff"
"Then stop being oblivious, think and pay attention"
You sighed

~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Time skip 2 weeks~~~~~~

Y/n pov

I can't believe I've been avoiding Emma for the past 2 weeks, she's bound to hate me now, I have to apologize.

"Children time to go inside, it's raining and time for dinner"

I walked to my room not feeling like dinner.

Emma pov
I saw y/n walk to her/his room so I decided to follow her/him. When I walked into the room I saw y/n on the bed facing the window so I decided to speak up
"hey y/n"
I seemed to startle her/him

"Oh Emma hi, what are you doing here?"

"I just saw you weren't going to dinner so I wanted to know if you are okay?"

"yeah I'm okay, but uh I'm sorry for avoiding you it's just that I needed help from Ray and that I wasn't meaning to be rude and avoiding you it's just that I like you and have for a while now, but I understand if you don't like me now I understand if you hate me"

I was stunned then ran up and engulfed her/him in a big hug
"Y/n I like you too"

Y/n pov

"Y/n I like you too"

I was shocked did i tell her? was it obvious? did she he- did Ray tell her?

I hugged her back

"wanna go to dinner?"
"Yes, of course"

no one pov

As Emma and Y/n were confessing they didn't notice the two boys watching them
"We did it, We actually did it!" said Norman, Ray just stood there happy that his advice actually worked.
