"How??" Her mind went blank. She was in total disbelief at what she had just witnessed.

One hit.

ONE HIT!

That's all it took for Izumi to take down that zero pointer.

Uraraka was stunned. Much like everyone else, no one really thought that the shy green haired girl packed so much power.

'Just who is she?' Uraraka thought to herself as she watched the girl begin to fall.

'Shit!' She thought as she watched her continue to plummet, completely unresponsive.

She quickly activated her quirk and removed the debris from her legs. She climbed onto a piece of one of the robots and made it float.

'Come on! I have to make it!!'

Just as all hope seemed lost.

*SMACK*

She'd done it.

"Re-Release." She struggled to say as the nausea finally got the better of her. Then darkness.

**Several hours later**

She woke up on a soft bed.

"How did I get here?" She asked aloud, confused as to what happened.

"You're finally awake dear." Recovery girl announced as she walked towards her.

"What happened? Is that girl..is Izumi ok?" She asked with a hint of worry in her voice.

"Thanks to you, she'll get by with only a few scratches."

"Oh thank goodness." She allowed herself to exhale in relief.

"Is she your friend?" RG asks, checking her vitals.

Uraraka thinks for a few moments before replying, "N-No, I actually just met her before the exam."

FLASHBACK

Uraraka was taking out the robots, gathering points left and right.

'This is too easy.' She thought with a smirk as she felled another two-pointer.

*BOOM*

She turned around startled as she saw a massive robot appear out of nowhere and witnessed it take out almost an entire block.

'NOPE! Not dealing with that!'

She pulled a 180 and tried to run the opposite way, but before she got too far a large pile of debris fell on her, pinning her leg under the rubble.

She shouted in pain.

'Shit! This hurts!!' She placed her hand on the stone and tried to remove it with her quirk. But nothing happened.

Her eyes widened in fear.

'Oh no... Not like this. Please not like this!' She closed her eyes tightly as tears began to form. 'Mom.. Dad.. I'm sorry...'

A strong gust of wind took her by surprise as the smoke got blown away in a flurry. She saw the timid, green-haired girl jump an unbelievable height.

"SMAAAAAAASH!!!" She shouted as she delivered a ground shaking strike to the robots head. It recoiled back and explosions followed as it fell.

Uraraka could only stare in disbelief as the robot came crashing down.

"Amazing.." was all she could say.

FLASHBACK END

She sighed, thinking back on what happened.

"She risked her life for me, a total stranger. What an idiot!! What if I hadn't caught her! She'd be a pancake on the street! Of all the irresponsible, crazy things I've ever seen!!" She started to rant.

"He-Hey.. You're looking better." A shy, yet very familiar voice called out.

Uraraka could only stop herself and blush slightly at being caught in the moment.

"I just wanted to see how you were doing before I went home. So-Sorry to bother you." She turned to leave.

"Wait.." Uraraka called out.

Izumi flinched slightly, but complied.

"Thank you.. for saving me." She struggled to get out.

Izumi blushed and held her hands up, waving them rapidly trying to dismiss the comment.
"Nononononono! Itwasreallynothing, I meanyoutotally saved me....too......" she blushed.

Uraraka couldn't help but laugh at the girls antics.
'Idiot.. Why is she so jumpy all the time?'

Izumi finally gets a hold on herself and bows respectfully.
"If it's not much to ask.. Can you be my friend??" She basically shouted.

This catches Uraraka completely off guard. 'Friends?' She thought to herself.

"I kn-know it's sudden! But..But you seem re-really nice and.....and I've never had a female..a girl friend."
Izumi stutters out, holding the length of her skirt as an embarrassed blush overtakes her freckled cheeks.

Uraraka could only think for a few moments before a loud sigh escaped her.

"Fine." She answers back.

Izumi's eyes widen as she tackles Uraraka into a hug with a waterfall of tears exploding from her eyes.

"Oh thank you thank you!!" She cried out.

Uraraka winced and patted her back softly 'Great.. just what did I get myself into?' She thought looking down at the crying/emotional girl attached to her body.

'Oh well.. It won't matter anyway in the long run. She'll have to die just like the rest.' She thinks to herself, closing her eyes and letting herself go for the time being.
