Mark is currently in his office, he just got back from the hospital. His mind is going all over the place thinking about what Gun just confessed to him at the hospital.

He felt like, it was the biggest bullshit he has ever heard in his lifetime.

I'm a father?

His brain seems to forget everything about that night. He really just remembered how he proposed to Kitty and after that, it was nothing.

Knock knock

Someone suddenly interrupting his thoughts by knocking the door.

"Come in" Mark responds.

Maria walks inside the room with an ipad in her hand, "Sir, I'm here to read out your today's agenda"

Mark rubs his forehead in frustration and sighs heavily, "Cancel all of it" he says straightly.

Maria notices the distress look on her boss' face, "Are you sick?"

"Just cancel everything and I'm going home in a bit" Mark says, he's really not in the right state of mind to think about work.
"Yes sir, and um if you're sick please go see a doctor" Maria says, she's worried for her boss.

"Hm" Mark nods.

"If there's nothing, I'll take my leave" Maria bow her head before walking out of the room.

Mark check the time on his watch and it's only 12 o'clock, he waste no time and pick up his coat from the coat hanger before walking out of his office.

Mark is finally home, he doesn't live with his parents because he thought that he wanted to have his own private space so instead of living in the mansion, he bought a luxury penthouse in the city that close by his company.

Mark loosen his tie and plops himself on the massive couch, he wants to drink some alcohol to get his mind off the problems but it's still too early for that.

Suddenly his phone ringing.

He looks at the caller name and answer it, "Hello mum" he greets first.

"Why is your tone different today? Am I bothering you at work?"

"No mum, it's nothing"

"I know my own son, what's bothering you? Is it work related?"

"I'm really fine mum"

"Is it the girl?"

Mark sighs at that, one of other reason he moved out of his parents' house is because his mother doesn't like his relationship with Kitty for some reason and said Kitty isn't serious about the relationship.
