8 - Lawrence

"Mc and Koshi your going to Miami. Zion, Eugene your going to LA. Harry, Ethan your going to Paris. Lawrence and I will be going to Sidney." I told them and then we all got on the plane.

The only reason Lawrence was coming with me was because I didnt trust him with anyone else. If he was going to hurt someone it might as well me be.

"So where's the first stop?" Sailor asked me as we all got on.

"Paris." I answered than sat down.

Lawrence sat down in front of me and I gave him a cold stare. He looked away and didnt talk for the while ride. Ever since I beat the living shit out of him hes been careful around me.

We dropped off the others and by the time we got to Sidney it was the next morning. We got dropped off in a valley that was a two day walk to the actual City.

As soon as the plane left I started jogging Lawrence behind me. My stamina has gotten really good since all of this. I can run for hours, Lawrence however, I cant say the same.

Lawrence was falling behind but lucky for him we made it to a neighborhood. I slowed down and started walking.

"Come on in there." I pointed to a house and we headed in.

I searched around the house for any mutants. I went upstairs and found nothing. I heard a crash from down stairs followed by the screen door.

"He better not be ditching me." I mumbled and ran down.

I went to the backyard and saw Lawrence looking at the pool. My eyes widened when a giant fucking frog appeared out of the water. It locked eyes on Lawrence and started to open its mouth.

"Lawrence!" I yelled and tackled him put of the way just as the frogs tounge shot out.

I got of Lawrence and pushed him to run. "Go! Run you idiot!" I yelled at him then tried to distract the frog.

Before Lawrence could get far when the fogs tounge caught him. I took out my knife and stabbed the tounge. It let go of Lawrence and he ran. I followed after him and after me came the frog.

Lawrence ran onto an abandoned bus and I shut the door behind us. The bus was like a small bedroom and it was obvious that someone had been living here. There was a bed and everything. We watched as the frog looked around for us. Once the frog was gone I let put a sigh of relief.

"Thank you." Lawrence gave me a tight hug. I was sorta confused, I know I just saved his ass but I just expected a simple thank you.

"Yeah." I pat his back and then he pulled away.

His hands travel to my face and I frowned slightly. Then his face inched closer to mine until our lips connect. I was so god damn confused. And what about Mc the girl he almost got everyone killed for.

I should have stopped him but i didnt. Instead I kissed back and got closer to him. His tongue slipped over my lip and I let him in. We pulled away to breathe and I took his glasses off. His mouth was open slightly, I slipped my tongue in and he moaned into my mouth. This just went from 1 to 100 real quick.

We just kept going until it escalated into more than just kissing. I had no idea what the fuck I was doing but it felt right. We ended up spending the night on that bus and when morning came I was very disappointed in myself.

I sat up in bed and looked at Lawrence who was still asleep next to me. His arms were wrapped around my waist and our clothes were all over the bus.

"You fucking dumb ass." I whispered to myself. I slipped out of Lawrence's grasp and got dressed. It felt a bit weird to walk but I looked past that.
