3rd person's POV
Two weeks
Two weeks since Renjun and Yangyang had the kiss
Two weeks of awkward silence around each other
Poor Zhiqiang had to sit there and put up with his two parents being weird around each other for two Fridays
Right now it was 10pm on a Saturday night
Renjun just got finished cleaning around the house
He heard a knock on the door
He looked down at his outfit which was a pair of shorts and an oversized tee
He figured that the only people coming over around this time would be Jaemin of Haechan so he answered the door
Except it was Yangyang
They stood their for a minute
"Zhiqiang's asleep it's 10"
"I know.... I'm here to see you"
"Oh...um"
"Look I don't know if that kiss meant anything to you but it did to me because for years I have been trying to get over you but couldn't then you kiss me and I think I have a chance but then you avoid me and act all awkward around me I don't know how to feel anymore so if I'm reading things wrong please tell me so-"
Renjun kissed him
He had actually kissed him
After the shock settled down Yangyang had slowly started to kiss back
They then pulled back
"You still ramble too much I thought years of going to business meetings would help you stop but I guess somethings never change"
"So does this mean we have a shot"
"I... I'm not sure"
"Why..."
"Because of Zhiqiang I'm scared Yang what if we don't work out then what he just got his other dad he had been looking for I can't risk that"
"But what if it works out well Renjun then he will have parents who are a happy couple we dated for four almost five years with out having a issue we couldn't solve"
"And do I need to remind you we then broke up"
"Because of fear Renjun we broke up because you were scared that you and Zhiqiang would get in the way of my future but now there is nothing to be scared off I love you Renjun I never stopped loving you even when you broke up with me for no explanation leaving me in shambles"
Renjun sighed
"I still love you too...."
"Then what's there to be scared off"
He held Renjun's hands looking him in the eyes
"Are you going to break my heart again Huang Renjun"
"No.... and I don't think I ever want to again"
"So would you like to go on a date with me next Sunday night"
"I would like that"
"Great see you the... well I'll also see you Friday"
"Can't wait now I wanna go to bed"
"Okay but real quick"
Yangyang lend in and kissed him
"Good night Renjun"
"Good night Yangyang"
