"And here we are!" Izuku exclaimed as they finally arrived to the park. He held out his arms to reveal the park, which was surprising to Luna as indicated by her gasping very loudly.
The park was actually very beautiful. It was full of many different colors with a bunch of trees, a few picnic tables, a water fountain, a large playground that held many different types of equipment, and a basketball court. It seemed that the park wasn't too busy, but there were a couple of kids on the playground, their parents watching over them, and a few teenagers on the basketball court. There were also a few hiking trails that were a few feet away from the park that led deeper into the woods.
"Woah, it's so big! And colorful!" Was all Luna could say that moment, her blue eyes sparkling in joy. She had seen plenty of parks before, but never one this large and this brightly colored.
Izuku couldn't help but laugh, but he also couldn't help but admire how excited she was with being at a simple park. "Do you not have a park back in America? Or the town you lived in?" He questioned curiously.
"Well, yeah, of course. But not this big or this, well, colorful. Normally the parks that I had back home were kind of small and old looking. This one looks so new and cool." She explained, adjusting her beanie on her head which was starting to get a touch uncomfortable from having worn it all day.
Izuku nodded his head. He seemed very interested in learning about the new girl. Not just her quirk or her mother, but also just her in general. It was confusing, to say the least. "So, umm, what do you want to do now that we're here?"
It had just occurred to Luna that she didn't know what she wanted to do. She just figured that going to the park was a good way for her and Izuku to bond. And they had bonded a little bit on their walk to the park having talked her flight to America, what America was like, if she was all moved in yet, and what her room looked like. It occurred to her that they mainly talked about her. She felt selfish, but then again, it seemed Izuku wasn't the type of person that was going to openly talk about himself.
"Hmmm... well, I know we're way too old to play on the playground, but I've always really loved going on the swings." She admitted and looked over, seeing the swings were all empty and available. "What do you say?"
Izuku blinked and then looked rather embarrassed, his cheek brightening up again. "O-oh, you want to swing with me?" He questioned, pointing to himself.
"Well, of course!" She exclaimed and grabbed his arm gently, fluttering a bit off of the ground and dragging him over. "Come on, come on!"
"WOAH! Okay, okay!" Izuku squealed with with small laughter, unsure how to feel. He was spending time with a girl - a cute and interesting girl- but he was unsure if he was going to be able to keep up with her.
