Zombies
The walking dead,
Brain lovers
The last thing you remembered
You're living
Except you're not
Hearing these words are not as easy as
Accepting them
That's a very different story
Seeing people abhor you is not
As terrifying
As seeing your flesh rot
Watching whenever you pass
A house
Would make you gasp
That near death experience
Is somehow worse
Than lying in the grave
You hoped for a brainless state
Not knowing that
Your body now hungered
They talked of craving; the truth is far worse
Needing to eat
Brains are served as a curse
Though living, you're not at all
Many things count
Like emotional or spiritual
Not to mention romance
So why still try
Believing in " you"?
What did you expect about death
If not this?
There's nothing else left
Try to embrace the new you
And like all
That zombies can do
Walk slowly but surely lurking for a victim
Knowing that brain
Will rejuvenate you again
And so there'll be no more love and romances
It's time to seek
A zombie type bliss
