Kaelyn's pov
I can't believe Nick, he's being so conceited right now. Why can't he just let me do what makes me happy?
"Why can't I stay with my friends?" I asked Nick once we were alone
"Because Kaelyn" Nick yelled "I don't want something like this to happen ever again"
"It's not going to" I yelled back "it was an accident"
"Him telling you to kill yourself, that wasn't an accident" he yelled, I felt eyes start to get glossy with tears.
"He didn't mean it" I squeaked
"You know what Kaelyn, he did mean it because he doesn't love you" he yelled, by now tears were streaming down my face too fast for me to wipe them.
"Why are you so mean now?" I asked "you used to be my friend"
"I'm sorry" he said wiping a tear away from my cheek "you know I love you and only want what's best for you"
"I know what's best for me, and staying with my friends is what's best" I said crossing my arms
"Sorry if I'm interrupting" Sadie said peeking her head in the door
"Not at all" I said "bye Nick"
"What was that about?" Sadie asked sitting down on the edge of my bed after Nick left
"You haven't heard?" I asked her before she shook her head 'no'.
"My parents signed custody of me back to Nick for when they are gone and Nick's making me leave Magcon tour and move to New York with him" I said
"Your leaving?" She asked sounding sad
"I'm going to try not to, but probably" I said
"I'm gonna be so sad if you leave" Sadie said pouting "oh by the way I brought your phone"
"Thanks" I said "wow it's Friday?"
"Yeah, you were asleep for a few days" she said "what about Nash?"
"What about Nash?" I said while yawning
"Are you guys still together?" She asked
"I don't know" I said "part of me wants to be really mad at him, but the other part is like I understand he was mad and he didn't mean to say it, it just slipped out"
"Well my opinion is I was furious at Nash at first, but he never left your side Kaelyn" Sadie said "you should have seen him, he was so torn up saying how everything was his fault and he slept on that tiny couch over there for three nights, he even missed magcon so he could stay with you"
"He missed magcon?" I asked "how are the fans, do they know everything?"
"Yeah, they know about everything, except that your awake" she said "so back to Nash"
"Back to Nash" I copied her
"Are you taking him back?" She asked
"It's not that simple anymore, Nick threatened to file a law suit against Nash" I said making her drop her jaw "I know, That would ruin his career"
"And Nicks completely against you guys being together?" She asked
"Yup" I said popping the 'p' "I want to still be with Nash, honestly I do but I love him enough to know what's best for him and if being with me means a law suit, were not going to be together"
