Guys sorry about the wait. There's been a lot going on with me and my family, so I've kinda put TDTSMTM and CADERE on hold for a bit. I love you guys.

☾Jasey's POV ☾

Hanging out with the guys was so much fun. It was so cool to be able to hang out with Cal again, and when she learned I'm not out to steal her man, Mara's actually pretty cool. Jamie didn't talk much, it was mainly Cal, Mara and I, but definitely not Abby or Luke.

They were practically fucking each other on the couch next to me, Luke's tongue about 4 feet down Abby's throat, and her hand climbing inside his shirt to scratch at his back. I don't even want to know where Luke's hands are, but based on the way his arms are placed, I'm going to guess down her pants. I think Mara notices I'm a little uneasy, so she throws a box of condoms at the back of Abby's head. The couple breaks apart just long enough for Luke to swoop down and pick up the box fallen on the floor, wrap Abby's legs back around his waist, and walk outside to his car. His car, however, does not move, but I'm happy they took that somewhere else.

Before I can question why they went outside instead of upstairs, Aunt Joy pokes her head out. "Oh, those two took that outside. Good. The only people who get some action in this house will be my cutie-patootie son and his lovely girlfriend." She squeezes Cal's cheek while saying this, and when he tries swatting her hand away, Mara, Jamie and I burst out laughing.

"Hahah, good one Mama!" I turn to look at Mara when I realize those words came out of Mara's mouth instead of Cal's. Jesus, she already calls Aunt Joy mama, what's next, a kid? Let's just hope not, I don't think anyone will be super thrilled to have a mini-Calum running down the halls of the house.

Before anyone else can say anything, Calum and Mara both get up and walk out of Aunt Joy's house and over to Luke's car. I think those two lovebirds are finally finished, because they get out of his car and go over to Mara's. The four get into her red fiat and back out the driveway, leaving Aunt Joy, Jamie, and I in the dust.

"Okay, I'm going out to the store to pick up a few things, do you girls need anything?" Aunt Joy asks while collecting her keys, purse, and shoes. After acknowledging both Jamie's and my head shake no, Aunt Joy walks out of her house and drives down the street. Now it's just Jamie and I, and honestly, I want to get to know the poor girl. I mean, she's all alone here with me, a stranger, and has no super hot boyfriend to call hers.

So I decide to break the ice. "So Jamie, tell me about yourself." After receiving an odd look I assure her that I meant just as friends. I never thought I came off as a lesbian, or even bisexual or anything else. And believe me there's nothing wrong with that, it's just that everywhere I go, people always ask me if I'm a lesbian. What is it about me that makes people think I'm into girls? Honestly, I don't even care anymore. I stop thinking to myself as Jamie turns to look at me.

"Well, I'm 19, the oldest one out of us, and I grew up without a dad. I'm actually really boring, but I can play drums. Mara taught me a while ago. I also have a habit of getting my hopes up and expecting too much." I could already tell we were going to be such good friends. We are actually very similar.

Before she can continue, I but in, trying to really get the juicy stuff. "Now, tell me about this guy you have a crush on." A light blush coats her cheeks as she tries to deny it, but there's no denying this.

She starts off in just a whisper. "Normally people would freak out about this kind of stuff, but Abby and Luke already broke this rule so I don't care. You see, there's a boy on the North Side, and I swear to god Jasey, he's the cutest thing I've ever seen. He giggles when he's happy, Jasey, fucking giggles! And he's so cute but I'm not and -ugh I just want him to love me." She stops talking and waits for me to add in a comment. When she realizes I don't have anything rude to say, she smiles. "Anyway, he's super duper tall and got curly blondish-brown hair and these two piercing hazel eyes, and don't even get me started on his dimples. I swear to god they're so deep I could swim in them." A small chuckle falls from my lips at this. I stop her before she can continue.

"So if you really like him, and the rule's already broken, why don't you just ask him out?" She seems frightened and appalled by my question, and looks at me like I have four heads.

"Just ask him out? Are you kidding me. No one knows that Abby broke the rules, and besides, he probably hates my guts. He probably doesn't even know I exist. And besides, I'm pretty sure he's got a girlfriend." A solemn look crosses her face at the mention of said-possible-girlfriend.

I give up hope on convincing her to ask him out, and end up giving up all together. "Well, will you at least tell me his name?" She smiles, the joy reaching her eyes as she looks me straight in the eye.

"Ashton."
