Sebastian made the sacrifice but nothing happened. Puppet Master: "It takes a while to work but you must call his name now". Sebastian: "Well Okay". Sebastian did what the puppet master told him too.
This is where claude is. It is in his own mind but kinda like a dream land except he is surrounded by darkness.
Claude: " I think someone is calling me". Claude's past self: "So it seems. It sounds like sebastian calling you. Its time for you to go back but you may not regain your full memories". Claude: " That's alright. I can always make new ones with him. I will never forget who Sebastian is to me". Claude stood up from the abiss and reached his hand towards the light.
Back in reality.
Claude: "Where am I?". Sebastian: " I missed you Claude". Claude: "How long was I gone, Sebastian?". Sebastian: " You remember..me?". Claude: "Of course I do. I can never forget someone who gave me such wonderful memories". Sebastian smiled. Sebastian: " Lets go somewhere now then, shall we?". Claude: "As You Wish, Your Highness". Claude chuckled as they both went somewhere peaceful. A shrine rather. They both were having a wonderful time.
