Now 17 years old
"Siraj put your shoes on" I told my three year old son as he played with some mail on the coffee table
"Otay mommy" He said running in the hallway of my small apartment
He got his shoes and put his jacket on as I grabbed my house keys and his book bag so I could walk him to daycare
As we walked I just listen to him talk about anything and point to things he saw
A car slowed down on the side of us and I saw it was KJ the boy that went to my school
"Aye you need a ride" He asked and I looked seeing Killa in the passenger seat
"No but thanks tho" I said as Siraj just looked at them
"Kaliyah get in the car it's kinda cold and a- I'm good we just going up the street" I cut him off and continued to walk
"Bu- Dude the hoe said no just leave the bitch alone" Killa said making me just looked at Siraj making sure he ain't hear what he said
"First of all I'm not a hoe second I have a name so use it and I'm not a bitch you is tho" I said picking up Siraj and continued walking
I walked inside the building seeing his teacher
"Hey mrs.Coleman" I said signing him in
"Hey how u been" She asked
"I'm making it I guess" I said and helped Siraj take his jacket off and hung it up in his cubbie
"Okay baby I love you be good and I'll be here to pick you up" I kissed his forehead and he smiled kissing my cheek
"I love you mommy" he said then walked off from me making me laugh a little
I got up and walked out now heading to school
I'm a senior in highschool. See I went through my 8th grade year pregnant which is why I have been bullied but I really didn't care I'm really just a cool ass person and I don't understand how people don't like me or they just judge a book by it's cover
I had a kid at an early age and they say it's me being a hoe. All in my damn business.
I walked up to the school and I already know I'm late
I walked in to my first class which is Physics
"Your late ms.smith" she said as she handed me a worksheet and I made my way to the back of the class where I saw KJ and Killa and there goes making me turn around and go back to the front and take a seat
We gone skip this school shit let's go to the end of the day
"Aye" I heard as I started walking out the school
"AYEE" I heard again making me turn around and see Killa
"What" I said rolling my eyes
"Chill with the attitude I want to apologize about this morning" He said and I just looked at him
"Okay I'm sorry for calling you out your name" He said and I just nodded
"Okay" I said about to walk off and he grabbed my arm making a reflex happen causing me to hit him in his mouth
"Omg I'm sorry it was a reflex" I said in shock as he hold his mouth and I saw his lip bleeding
"Damn" He said looking at me deadly
I just backed up and turned around speed walking to Siraj school
Phew damn🥴
I opened the door to the school and went to his classroom
I saw him talking to some little girl making me shake my head and smile
I signed him out and called his name making him look at me and his eyes brightened making me laugh and him run to me
"Mommy I missed you" he said running in my arms and I picked him up kissing his cheek
"I missed you too baby come on go get your coat and book bag" I said and he ran getting his stuff
After he was done he came to me and we said bye to his teacher and started walking home
"Mommy I met a new girl her name Angelina she is pretty like you" he rambled on and on about different things as I just listened
I walked to my apartment door unlocking it and walking in with Siraj
I made sure to lock the door and stuff before washing my hands then looked in the fridge to see what I can make for him
We didn't have anymore noodles or bread well literally we didn't have anything in here but a bottle of water
"Okay Siraj we need to go to the store and i only have $50 on me until I go back to work okay" I said and he nodded getting his stuff on
The market was a good 4 blocks from us
"Mommy I'm tired of walking" he said pouting so I picked him up and he laid his head on my shoulder as I continued to walk to the store
After 10 minutes of walking I walked in and put him in the cart and started getting everything that can last us
I got two packages of noodles I he will want something to snack on so I got a big box of Rice Krispies , eggs , bread, waffles , a bag of Cheetos , a gallon of milk, cereal and that's it
I went to the check out and the total was 61.75
"Can you take off the Rice Krispies" I asked
"Mommy noo I want them" Siraj pouted looking like he was about to cry
"We can get them next time okay" I said and he just started crying making me get frustrated
"Can you add her stuff to mines" I heard behind me seeing Killa
I tried to hand him the 50 and he declined it
"Thank you" I said
"You welcome" He said grabbing his bags and walking out
"Come on"he said pushing the cart and putting the bag in his backseat making me just get it with Siraj
I told him my address and we pulled up less then 2 minutes
"Aye tho can I like get yo number" he said pulling up
"No" I said simply getting out with Siraj
"Why" he asked
"Because I said so" I said getting my bags putting Siraj down to walk
"Thank you" I said walking to my apartment he waited until I was inside to pull off
