we're going to pretend that freya was the one that did the spell helping hayley and jackson and other werewolves turn back, just for this part in the story.

hope's POV
after what happened on christmas day, me and josie have been avoiding each other. i told my most trusting family member, my aunt rebekah, and asked her what i should do.

"well, love, maybe just wait it out. if you want to be bold, just tell her how you feel." she says.

"what if i don't know how i feel? it's all a blur."

"hope, figure it out. be bold." she heads off to follow uncle marcel.

great talk. i head up to my room, when i'm suddenly stopped by lizzie. "come with me, now." she drags me into her room. "what do you want?" i look at her, vaguely." she locks her door and then turns back to me. "josie told me what happened. talk to her! she thinks it was her fault." she tells me. since when was lizzie talking to me about josie- "listen, it just happened. neither of us know how to confront it okay." i look at her again. "and for the record, if it's josie's problem, let her deal with it." i go to leave but lizzie being lizzie decides to stop me. "okay first of all, josie and i tell each other everything, so of course she told me about this. second of all, josie had social anxiety. give her a damn break." lizzie moves her arm so i can get by. "i'm sorry, i had no idea." i exit her dorm.

klaus' POV
"well, we need to act fast." i say, turning to hayley. "if that bitch goes anywhere near hope, i'll kill her." hayley states. my eyes fall on freya. "how did the barrier spell break in the first place?" freya glances at me. she stands up but soon stumbles back down. elijah rushes over to her. "what happened?" elijah frantically asks. "my magic. it's draining out of me. i feel weak, and vulnerable. what ever is happening to me, it's undoing my magic and spells." freya states, becoming more sick by the second.

caroline's POV
"ric, make an announcement. i say we lockdown." i turn to alaric. "lockdown it is." alaric walks over to the speaker and begins his announcement.

"ladies and gentlemen, there has been recent news of Aurora de Martel, and that she has escaped freya mikealson's brick barrier spell. the school is officially going into stage four lockdown. you are no longer to leave the school grounds or even go outside. until Aurora is caught, all windows, doors etc are to be closed and locked. mrs forbes will be coming around and checking. we will update you as soon as possible. until then, stay safe and vigilant."
