Apparently today is Ji Eun's first day of her high school life. But she is sleeping like a rock. No one could wake her up even if the alarm clock goes "ringgggg~" for ten times.
*knock* *knock* Her father knocks the door.
Father: Sweetheart, you better get ready now or I'll come and get you!
Ji Eun, who were in shock after hearing her father's warning, quickly wash herself up and left the house without breakfast.
Then, Ji Eun reached at the campus a few minutes later. She went to the park that is located in front of the campus where she and Suzy, her best friend since childhood, planned to meet. Surprisingly, Suzy the studyholic didn't turn up.
It was 9:30 a.m and Ji Eun is still waiting until she received a message from Suzy;
" Ji Eun ah, it's me, Suzy, I'm not feeling well today. So, I don't think I'll make it to school. Are you still waiting for me? Sorry! ^^ "
Ji Eun felt humiliated for waiting someone since the past two hours and skipped half of drawing class. Then, she replied Suzy's message;
" Who in the world would skip class just to wait for a friend? LOL! Anyway, rest well then~ "
Suddenly, Suzy appeared out of no where and surprised Ji Eun. Ji Eun was shocked and couldn't say a word. After a few moment, she begin to ask;
Ji Eun: How? ........ Why? ....... What are you doing here? Aren't you sick? You tricked me?!?!
Suzy: Hahahahahahaha!!! " Who in the world would skip class just to wait for a friend? " The answer is you! Hahahahaha!!
Ji Eun: It's not funny!!!
Suzy: Well, it is to me! You're right. I tricked you. Just want to give my best friend a surprise and an unforgettable day.
Ji Eun: Arghh!... Fine, this time you win. I'm late to class. Bye!
She left the park and went straight into the classroom and hoping not to be caught. Unfortunately, the lecturer saw her.
Lecturer: Hey you! (pointing to Ji Eun) The girl with the pink bag, wearing blue T-shirt, and sitting besides the door. You were late! What's your reason??
Ji Eun: I was waiting for my friend at the park but when she arrived, the class had already started. That's why I'm late.
Lecturer: What a stupid reason you came up with! Write a report now and hand it in to me at my office before school is over.
Ji Eun felt sad that the lecturer doesn't believe her. She sat down and start writing her report. After the class ends, the paper on her table was blank. Not a single letter or word was written on it. The a guy appeared;
Guy: Hi! I was late and being forced to wrte a report too. Here's my report. You can either copy it or change it a little. Your wish.
Anonymous: (pats on the guy's shoulder) It's time for soccer training. If we are late again, I don't know waht will coach do to us.
Guy: Oh, okay! You go first and I'll meet you there. (continue talking to Ji Eun) I have to go now. Please hand in for me too. Thanks!
Ji Eun: Ermm.... thanks for lending me your report and WHAT'S YOUR NAME?? (shouting as the guy has already left the classroom)
Guy: Hyun Woo! (he turned and shouted his name with a sweet smile)
Ji Eun: (talking to herself) Hyun Woo? Such a nice name.
Then, she begin to write her report. She tried not to copy exactly from Hyun Woo's report because it might cause him in trouble. As soon as she finishes her report, she quickly pack her stuffs and runs to the lecturer's office. On the way to the office, she bumped into Suzy.
Suzy: What's with the rushing? Later meet me at the library. I have something to show you.
Ji Eun: Okay! (continues to run)
Suzy: What's wrong with her?
Then, Ji Eun reached at the lecturer's office and hand in the reports.
Lecturer: Why there are two reports?
Ji Eun: Oh! One of it is belongs to Hyun Woo. He said he was late too.
Lecturer: Why can't he hand it in himself?
Ji Eun: He has soccer training right after the class ended. So, he asked me to hand it in for him.
Lecturer: What happen to youth these days? Thinking that sports are more important than studies. By the way, what's your name?
Ji Eun: My name? ..... I thought a lecturer should know all the student's name. Nevermind, just call me Ji Eun.
Lecturer: Okay, you can leave now.
Ji Eun walked out of the office and went to the library. But when she arrived, she saw a bunch of people including Suzy standing by the corridor outside of the library. Then, she called Suzy and asked;
Ji Eun: What's going on? It's like you guys are watching something.
Suzy: Yeah! It's a dance battle among the modern dance students. The guy in red over there is the most famous guy in this high school.
Ji Eun: Oh, really! Never knew and don't want to know. Is this what you want to show me?
Suzy: Of course not! Come and follow me. I'll show you. (brings Ji Eun to the notice board besides the library door) Look! There will be a singing competition where you can get a chance to sing with real idols.
Ji Eun: So? I just like drawing not singing. How about you join?
Suzy: Done! I've signed your name up too. Remember, audition is tomorrow. I've got to go now. Bye!
Ji Eun: What the.....? DON'T EVEN THINK THAT I'LL BE COMING TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!!! (shouting but Suzy had already left)
Luckily the battle is over and no one heard Ji Eun shouting. Then, she left. Suddenly, a guy accidently stepped on Ji Eun's right foot.
Ji Eun: Ouch! Hey, watch where you are stepping!
But the guy just looked back and left without apologising. It make Ji Eun very angry.
