Chapter 16: New Look

Today is the first day of my new look. I am wearing a peach dress and brown braided belt with a cardigan. Ricky wanted me to wear beige flats but I wore white high top converse. with natural makeup and my dark brown hair in loose waves. I open the door to the bathroom. "Ricky how to I look?" "Amazing you look beautiful" I blush."now lets see we have fixed the outside now we need to check on the inside" "ok" "if someone is being a douche to you what do you do" "I say stop" "try again" "please stop" "good" "if someone hits you what do you do" "I punch them in the face" "wrong...try again" "ugh ugh fine...do not retaliate" "do we say bad words?" "Nooo...." He smiles at me and I giggle. I just giggled what the heck. he stands from his bed and hugs me. "Katie just know you don't have to dress this way everyday...ok?" "Yeah" "but please don't party-" "impossible" "as much" "I shall try" he kisses my cheek. It is about noon and we are driving back to the hotel. I had all my piercings and bad girl stuff taken out I only have my ears and belly button pierced I had my lip and nose ring removed. so now I look girly. gross. I miss my ombré hair. now I look like an average girl Ricky walked me to the elevator and told the guy in charge of the elevator to take me to the boys floor. when I get there I walk to me Matt and shawn'a room and go in nobody is in there. I unpack and put away my clothes I decide to really shock everyone so I put on a few rings and heels.(a/n: the heels in the picture) I change my iPhone case to a shawn Mendes case. I walk down the hall and hear yelling which must be the boys. oh it is also hard to recognize me because I am in my large frame black glasses that only Matt has seen me in. I knock and Shawn answered."umm who are you miss?" "Um ask Matt he will know me" I say will a small smile. "yo Matt do you know this pretty girl?" Matt walks over and his mouth drops he looks back and forth between us. the starts cracking up. he whispers in shawn's ear and he turns into a tomato. jack walks over. "who is this sexy bae" I almost gag. Matt and shawn look like they are going to die. I start to giggle. what is with me. "you have no idea how awkward I feel having my brother call me both sexy and Bae I almost gagged" jack looked like a fire truck. by now everyone is laughing super hard. nash is the first one to talk. "no offense but what happened?" "I changed...shawn I heard you were going on tour" "yeah my agent just found me an opening act" "oh I know" "what?" "Nothing Matt hallway now" when we get outside. "Matt you are going on tour with shawn and-" "no way" "me..." I look down at my feet. "wait you? You got over your stage fright?" "Umm yeah...i umm have my own channel I have about 8,000 subscribers...i am the opening act" Matt was on his phone....he was looking me up "make that 10,000" my mouth dropped. him and only him could guess my channel name. We walk back towards the room and see only nash cam and Hayes so everyone went back to their own rooms.matt drags me back to our room where shawn is sitting on the bed. "hey infive minutes we are going to watch a movie marathon in Nash's room each of us pick one movie and we watch all of them Katie you pick first" I picked if I stay. I went ams changed into black spandex shorts with a teal fringed crop top that say "stay beautiful" in purple take of my music and put my hair into a top knot. when I walk over to his room all the boys are in there the only spot left is next to shawn on the floor. I grab my dark purple and white chevron triangles blanket and graffiti love pillow and sit down next to him half way through Nash's movie I got really tired because it was like two in the morning. I had my head on shawn's shoulder and my eyes grew heavy. into sleep I fell.

Katie laid her head on my shoulder. I felt her body go heavy. she just fell asleep on my shoulder. most of the guys left except for nash cam and Hayes obviously. the movie just ended. I picked up Katie she wrapped her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist with her head in the crook of my neck. she started to move."its ok beautiful I love you" "I love you shawn" I smiled and kissed her cheek. I always liked Katie since first saw her but now she seems easier to talk to since she doesn't look like she could kill you. "shawn?" "Hey beau- umm your awake" "ya" "we are almost to the room do you want me to keep carrying you I don't mind" "I'll walk" I set her down. but she grabbed my hand and felt fireworks explode through my whole body. did she feel that to. "hey umm Katie do you want to go out on a date with me" "when" "maybe we could go out for breakfast tomorrow?" "Sounds great" we walked in silence the rest of the way but it was nice.we finally got to the room. Matt was already sprawled out on his bed so me and Katie are sharing.
