When you work at a coffee shop, you're bound to meet a whole lotta people. Tall people, short people, single people, people on dates and sometimes even Mickey mouse! (Though that may have been a side affect of tasting the coffee to many times) But if there's one thing working at a coffee shop for 3 years has taught Philippines is to smile and subtly ask for tips at the end of a customer's service. Sure there may be Karens lurking around but there was a reason Phil kept his Kuya Martial on speed dial.

Speaking of which, Phil wondered how Martial was doing at his own job as a security guard for hire. Just hope he doesn't kill anyone on the job... Phil brushed it off as he passed the latte to the lady opposite him. After keeping the cash in the register, he looked up with a proffesional smile only for that smile to evolve into something more genuine. "Hey Russia! How's it going?"

Russia chuckled at the seemingly sudden duality of the younger country. One minute he's all proffessional and the next? Like that popular kid in kindergarten everyone wants to play with. "All's smooth sailing Comrade. How're things with you and Martial? Del readjusting okay?" Russia rested his forearms on the counter, taking advantage of the lack of customers at that particular moment. "Yeah! He's even got a bew job as a cop!" Phil smiled, as even Russia chuckled, the irony not missed.

"Is America with you?" Philippines asked, his eyes scanning the room. "Yeah, he's at the table in the corner beyond yonder. Think you can fix us up with two of the strongest bulls you've got?"Russia replied, the foreign phrases rolling off his tongue thanks to his boyfriend's influence. "Why don't you two sit here? That way, I can chat with the both of you!" Philippines suggested while gesturing to the table in front of the counter. "Sounds like a plan!"

Soon enough, the three men were chatting it up, blissfully uninterrupted by anyone else. "Say Phil? Wanna take a guess as to why there ain't no one else here?" Ame asked, his english a bit iffy but Phil just shrugged it off. "Maybe because everyone else is at work?" he raised an eyebrow pointedly yet jokingly at the couple in front of him. Hiding his smile with a sip of his drink, Russia watched Ame grab his chest, mocking being hit by a bullet.

"Orr.....my awesomeness may have something to do with it..." America gave a knowing smirk that Russia and Philippines knew and dreaded. Rushing to the front doors of the store, Phil finally noticed the flipped sign. The words "Sorry we're closed" were facing the outside even though it was still business hours. "PUTANG INA MO!"

Flipping the sign back around, Russia watched as Phil chased Ame around the shop with a dirty dish cloth. "They've been at it for an hour straight now. I don't even have the heart to stop them," Russia muttered to Martial who had slipped into the store unnoticed. Angry curses flew from the Filipino's mouth while more fearful ones accompanied laughter from the American's.

"Ruski, help me!" America took refuge behind the tall russian. Of course, that was the moment Phil decided to notice Martial who was failing to not laugh at Ame's expense. "Oh hi Kuya! Can you help me out here?" Phil asked, his smile and eyes shining. Russia and Martial both turned to each other and stepped aside, giving Phil a clear path to Ame. As the two six year olds ran rampant, the two adults in the room whipped out their phones for some good old fashion blackmail.

"Dude! Pops is so gonna kill you!" New Zealand cried out while the four brothers laughed over the video on Russia's phone. "Well duh! Did you really think that I thought I could get away with this? That's why I'm staying over at Ruski's place tonight," America replied, proud of his foresight. "You planned this? Dude, good luck surviving from here on out!" Australia wished Ame with a tip of his safari hat.

Canada echoed his sentiments and tipped his own raccoon fur hat. "You may want to set off now Ame. Mom and Dad are comimg back from the store soon," Canada warned his twin. "Exactly why I wrote a note saying I'll be staying at Ruski's place tonight instead of waiting to ask for permission Nada!" Ame tipped his imaginary hat as he grabbed his knapsack (and Russia's hand) and booked it for the driveway where Russia started his car and they were gone!

Meanwhile, the whole Asean family were watching the video play out on the TV thanks to Mal and Indo's desire to embarrass their friend. "BAHAHAHAHA! You look so stoopid!" Mal and Indo guffawed as Phil chased America onscreen. Even Papa Asean was hiding an amused grin behind his cup of coffee. On the bright side, some of them managed to hide their amusement well. Except for Mal and Indo. And possibly Del and Martial.

"Wait...who took that video?" Singa spoke up, noting the lack of customers in the background. "Good point Singa...who did take that video?" Philippines shot a pointed glare at Martial. Firing a finger gun right back at his brother, Martial didn't bother to hide his grin. Reaching into his pockets though, Phil took refuge in the small slip of paper that lay untouched as of then. Thanks Ruski he smiled slightly as he reached for his phone. Britain wasn't the only one with an ace up his sleeve.
