As we walked home, hand-in-hand. The Christmas lights lit up, almost as dreamy as the ones in fairy tale stories! After all this, I should be happy, no?
...It feels like something's missing. I glazed over to Keiji, and oh was the scene beautiful.
Red and golden hues lit up his face, multicolored lights mirrored in his turquoise eyes, his transparent breath in the cold circled around his face as his eyes locked on a giant glowing reindeer light. As cliche as it sounds, no words can describe Akaashi Keiji's beauty. I held my breath, taking in this all-to-good-to-be-real scene to remember forever in my heart. I squeezes hands tighter.
"Kotaro."
I flinched, taken by surprise,
"Oh... are you okay?"
"hehe, yup! Just wondering how someone can be so handsome and graceful like you!" I truly love flattering him, he never seems to get tired of it. Not that I'm complaining.
"You know I love you right?" Keiji said.
"of course! I love you so much too, Keiji!"
"..."
I smile at him, getting only a stone-cold expression in return.
"Then you need to let me go."
