6. Such Beauty Can Not Go To Waste

    "Chin up. Have you learned nothing?" Will scolds.

     Nico rolls his eyes. "If my chin goes any higher, it'll FALL OFF."

It had been 3 days since the ball—since Nico had chosen the princes (and Reyna, after Hazel demanded he at least choose a princess, but Nico fully intended her to just be a friend) who would fight for his hand. They were all arriving today for an extended stay.

    "You are just being weak. Do not roll your eyes.

    "I'm not," Nico crosses his arms, drops his chin, and sticks out his tongue.

    The two hadn't discussed what had happened at the ball. Mainly because Nico thinks it all happened in his head and he's overreacting.

    "That is just childish."

     Hazel's high heels make themself known by loud clacking on the marble floor as she enters into the training room. "Reyna and the princes will be here any second. Have you planned anything specific event to welcome them?"

      Nico smirks. "Indeed, I have."

     "And that is?"

     "Shenanigans arounds the town."

     "I do not trust you, but I have duties to attend to tonight," Hazel sighs and looks at Will. "Would you mind chaperoning the boys?"

    Nico gawks. "No! He can't go. I don't allow it."

    "Well, I'm the queen and your older sister. I say the last thing we need is for you to get in trouble," Hazel looks up at Will. "As long as you are okay with doing so, that is?"

    Nico was regretting being so rude earlier.

   "Anything for you, your highness."

   "Thank you, dear," Hazel smiles sweetly, spinning on her heels, hurriedly leaving out the room.

Will cracks a cocky smile and raises an eyebrow.

Nico snarls. "Now is not the time to begin feeling emotions."

"Let us continue with manners now, shall we?"

"I have never done anything illegal before!" Percy boasts as Nico descends down the ladder.

"It's illegal here, not your kingdom, so is it really illegal?" Reyna asks, looking around the wall. She was slightly taller than the boys, which seemed to threaten no one besides Luke.

"I do illegal things all the time!" Leo boasts, putting his hands on his hips like a superhero.

"Wait, this is illegal?" Will asks, being the last one to land on the ground. "I figured the trapdoor was just design."

"He does not know where we are," Luke snickers.

"Nico told me we were going to a bar."

Nico winces, spinning around and shyly smiling at Will. "We are!" He says. "Just...not...a legal one."

Will crosses his arms. "No. Absolutely not. Choose a different place."

"Yeah, no. I refuse," Nico shrugs. "Sorry, Will. You can go back if you want, though."

Will raises an eyebrow. "Do not make me do this the hard way," he threatens.

"Try what you want, it won't work," Nico challenges, trying to seem unfazed.
