Chapter 11: Secrets Revealed

HYUNMI'S POV

Another day at work, Hara and I were so busy at the store. I'm happy that our store was a success but at the same time, I'm so tired that I just want everyone to leave! Haha.

"Do you have a bigger size for this jacket?" A costumer approached me.

"Of course let me check." I said as I went to the backroom to see for more stocks. "Here you go ma'am" I handed her the jacket.

"Hara! Can you handle the register?" I asked Hara who was standing at a corner. I waited for answer but I got nothing. "Umm?" I walked to her and shook her slightly. "Earth to Hara?"

She blinked her eyes multiple times before looking at me. "Mianhe.. what did you say?"

I squinted my eyes, "What are you hiding? Spill!"

Her eyes widened as if I just caught her. "Wha..what? Nothing."

"Girl! I know you!" -Me

She looked down and took a deep breath. "It because...." She was cut off when we heard the costumer were squealing. Me and Hara looked at the direction and notice that Kai and Jhope walked in the store.

Of course! The girls would be squealing at them. I shook my head and walked toward the counter where Kai and Jhope were waiting.

"What's the reason for this visit?" I asked them both. Hara walked next to me. When Hara arrived I felt a little tension between her and Kai.

"I need to talk to Hara." Kai said sounding seriously. I looked at Hara and her eyes looked scared but it had a mixture of mystery.

Are they keeping a secret from me?!

"Sure! But Jhope you have to help me since I need people" I ordered. Kai walked out and Hara followed them.

"Why can't you just pay people to work here?" Jhope complained while he walked behind the register. "I'm a CEO's son and you're gonna make me work?" He said.

"If you don't, I'll call Rae!" I threatened. He rolled his eyes and smiled immediately.

"Just tell me what to do then." Jhope bowed. I scoffed, "That's what I thought! Go to the front and flirt with girls so they can buy something."

He looked at me shockingly. "Wth! Do you want me to get introuble with Rae? If she finds out she'll kill me" he paused and looked at me. "Actually she'll kill you." He laughed.

"Just don't touch the girls and don't let them touch you. Don't even give them your number!" I ordered.

He followed my order. But I couldn't stop thinking about Hara, I know she is hiding something. I must ask Jhope!

I looked at Jhope and I saw him with five different girls trying to talk to him. "Aigo! I said just great them" I said as I walked towards Jhope. "Mianhabnida" I bowed to the costumers. They got disappointed when I pulled Jhope away. We were on our way to the storage room when...

"Hey!" Yhana walked in the store.

"Yhana!!" I ran to her. "Good thing you know how to get here."

She laughed, "Of course! You've been working here for a long time."

"Do you mind taking care of the store for now?" I asked Yhana. She looked around, "Sure! But hurry up!" She pointed at me.

"Oh hey! Umm? What's your name again?" Yhana looked at Jhope.

"Jhope" he bowed to her. "You're Rae's fiance?" She questioned. "The one and only" he smiled.

"Araso! Kaja" I pulled his arms.
