NARRATOR'S POV

Hara has been visiting Kai lately at his work place. As day by day passes, Kai started not minding Hara coming. But he still can't see her more as a friend.

"Kai! I brought you dinner!" Hara said entering his office. Kai looked up and looked at the time.

"Hara, it's already 10 p.m. aren't you suppose to be home already?" Kai said going back to his work.

Hara placed the food on Kai's little coffee table, "Ya, I'm on my way home already. I just thought that you might be hungry, so I bought you food."

"Well thank you." -Kai.

"Imma go now, I don't want to disturb you anymore." Hara said as she was about to leave the room but Kai spoke up.

"Are you walking home?" Kai asked. Hara looked back and smiled, "No, my friend is gonna pick me up... So don't worry!"

"Are you sure? I'm about to go home" Kai offered.

Hara shook her head, "No it's fine! Lol I'm fine. Just focus on your work." She said her goodbye and left the room.

After an hour, Kai finally finished and decided to go home. He was passing by a street but he noticed someone looking familiar.

"Is that?" He said as he parked on the side. Once he was clear who it was, he ran out and ran to her. He wasn't even thinking properly but he just couldn't stand to see it happening. All he wanted to do was to save her.

He saw the guy grabbed her hand and pinned her to the wall as he tried to attack her lips.

"Let go of me!! Someone please help!!!" She screamed hoping that someone was there.

Kai grabbed the guy's shoulders and pulled him away from her. He punched his right cheeks and he fell on the ground.

"WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" Kai growled at the guy.

"I'M HER EX BOYFRIEND! WHO ARE YOU?!" The guy said.

Kai looked at her and saw her crying on the floor. Her hair was a mess and her shirt was torn as she hugged her knees. He knew he shouldn't say it but his mind was full of anger, that he couldn't think straight.

"HER BOYFRIEND!" Kai said.

"You... you have a boyfriend?" The guy asked her. Kai looked back at her and gave her the look to play along.

She just nodded her head. "If you touch her again, I won't let you live! Now go!" Kai warned him. He just got up and ran away.

"Are you ok?" Kai kneeled infront of her and hugged her.

She just sobbed harder against Kai's chest. "What did he want?" Kai asked.

"He... he.. wanted.. to get.. back.. together..." she said in tears.

"Shh. He won't get near you anymore." Kai said "I'll take you home, Hara." Kai helped Hara up and walked her to his car.

During the whole car ride, Hara fell asleep since her eyes were so heavy from crying so much. When they reached her house, Kai didn't bother waking her up as he carried her inside the house. Kai knocked and Jungmin opened the door.

"Hara you're finally home...Hara?!" Jungmin got shocked. "What happened?!"

"Where's her room? I'll explain later." Kai said. Jungmin showed Kai to her room. He laid her on the bed and tucked her inside her blanket.
