Jan was checking out the camouflage jackets at Doodah. A worker came up to him and asked him what he was doing.
"Not much, buying a coat with my birthday money."
"Oh, how old did you turn?"
"14."
"Oh, my cousin's 14 too. Where do you go to school?"
This guy's a stalker.
"Uhhh, in Gümligen." Jan said nonchalantly.
"Oh really!" The mysterious guy said.
"Yeah..." Jan said. Where is this going....
"My cousin goes to school in Gümligen. You might know him, his name is David?"
David was another loser, like Jan himself. David had always thought of himself as higher than everyone else, looking down on everyone else through his black plastic glasses. Jan was extremely jealous that David dated his 3 year crush, Jasmin Hartmann. They were on and off. Rumour has it that Jasmin gave David a hickey. Jan cried himself to sleep for 3 days after that. Jan snapped himself out of his trance.
"Uhh... oh yeah I do know him. He's in my grade." Jan spoke quietly.
"Nice! You know he's in the back right? You want to see him?" The guy said eccentrically.
"Uhh no thats fi—" Jan started.
"David!!! Your friend is here!" The guy yelled.
No response.
"Just go into the back, he should be there." The guy said.
