Kyotani Kentaro sighed as he put down the last paper box on the floor. He had been carying boxes all day.

He walked around in his new apartment. It was small and empty, but it probably looked better when everything was packed up.

He just stood there, quiet as he listened to the sound of the traffic from the street.

He was currently twenty-four years old, and it was his first apartment. You may think;
he must be rich, his first apartment, and it is in the center of Tokyo, but that's wrong. He worked his ass if to get away from his parents. They were not physically abusing him, but he couldn't stand out another moment with them. They were always out drinking and he took care of himself. And he started working early so he could pay bills, and buy an apartment.

-
He decided to take a walk. It was dark, but people were on their way home from work and school.

He looked at all the serious looking adults with their suitcases and all the children in their school uniforms. They sometimes looked back at him with weird looks on their faces.

He had short and fluffy bleach blonde hair and eyeliner under his eyes. He didn't think it was weird that people stared anymore, it had been like that his whole life.

It soon started raining, just a little at first, but soon the rain poured down like a waterfall. He didn't know what to do, he didn't have an umbrella, so he just randomly ran into a store.

The hot and moist air didn't make his soaked clothes any dryer, but he didn't freeze as much as before.

He opened his eyes, he was met by the sight of big green leaves and colorful flowers everywhere. 'This is some kind of flower store' he thought for himself. 'Yeah, no shit Kentaro'

He walked deeper into the green store. It was plants everywhere, but no one was to be seen.

"Hello?" Kyotani said as he walked over to the cashier.

"Hi! How can I help you?" someone popped up with a big bouquet in their hands. It was a guy at Kyotani's age, with shiny brown hair that was neatly swept over his forehead and he had eyes like honey.

"Oh hello, sorry for interrupting you. I was just hiding from the rain", he said, his face feeling a little bit red.

"Oh, okay. So you're not going to buy anything" the brunette pouted. "My name is Yahaba by the way, Yahaba Shigeru!"

Kyotani shook his hand and answered:

"My name is Kyotani Kentaro, nice to meet you"

The brunette smiled, and the fake blond gave him a little smile back.

"Are you sure you are not buying anything? I can show you everything we have!"

"Mm, sure then"

He looked happily at the fake blonde and walked deeper into the room. He started pointing at everything. "That's my favorite, daisies! They are small and cute"

The brunettes voice sounded like an angels in Kyotani's ears.

"And I love this plant too! It's called Monstera delicosa" Yahaba talked fast as he made his way through all the plants and he looked excited.

After twenty minutes of Yahaba showing Kyotani around, a costumer came into the store.
It was an old lady with gray hair and a green hat. "Hello Shigeru, how are you?" the old lady said. "Who is that handsome boy? Is he your boyfriend?"

Yahaba blushed at the question. "I am good Miss Koizumi, and he's not my boyfriend, he's just a friend... Or more like a customer!" he answered with a high pitched voice.

"I see..."

Am awkward silence was left in the room.

"So, how can I help you today?"
Yahaba soon asked after a couple of seconds. He walked over to the old lady and smiled.

"I just wanted to buy more fertilizer for my plants" she told him and looked at Kyotani. "What's your name, young man?"

"Kyotani Kentaro, nice to meet you" he smiled.

-

"Have a good day Miss!" Yahaba shouted as Miss Koizumi walked out of the door.

"I guess it stopped raining, I should go home" Kentaro said as he looked deep into Shigeru's eyes.

"Aw, okay" he pouted. "But before you go, take this" he gave Kyotani a small piece of paper. "It's my number, call me" he winked.

Kyotani Kentaro just blushed and said goodbye. The second he got out of the store, he ran as fast as he could back to his empty apartment. When he soon jumped down on his futon that laid on the kitchen floor, he took out his phone and opened the piece of paper. His hand shook as the typed a message.

-
Kyoutani:
Hello, is this Yahaba?

Unknown:
Yea, and I guess you
are Kyo-chan?

Kyotani:
It's Kyotani, don't call me
Kyo-chan!

Flower boy:
But it's cute ;)

Kyotani:
Who cares?

-

He gently put down his phone and took a deep breath. What was it with that nickname? He wouldn't have liked it if it wasn't Yahaba. The Flower Boy.

-

"Hey! I am here now!" Kyotani Kentaro shouted as he entered the small store. It had been two months since they met for the first time, and the fake blond always visited the store after work. It was like a habit for him.

"Kyo-Chan!" Shigeru shouted back as he ran over to the shorter guy.  "How was work?"

"It was okay I guess. A guy named Oikawa always calls me. He says he needs help with his computer. I have already told him like a thousand times that I work at a hospital and that I don't know anything about computers, but he won't listen"

Yahaba let out a little laugh and looked the fake blond dead in the eyes. "He better not be trying to take my Kyo-Chan away from me"

He pouted in his usual childish way and pinched the fake blonds cheek.

"Don't worry, that guy is just annoying and he waste my time" Kentaro smiled.

"Let's hang at my place tonight, we could just get Chinese takeout and watch a horror movie!" the brunette said with a big smile on his face.

"Sure why not, Flower Boy"

"Stop calling me that, Kyo! It's embarrassing!"

"Stop calling me Kyo-Chan then"

"Never."

I wrote this story just to feed my Kyouhaba hunger. I hope at least someone liked it! And I kinda want to write a part two, but I don't know.

I kinda liked the story, but the time skips are weird.
