The man and the girl went to the mall to buy some clothes for her. The girl went back to her old self- being emotionless. While she was searching for clothes, the man suddenly asked her.

"Are you really like that?"
The girl suddenly looked at him. "What do you mean?" The way she speak has no emotion also.
"Um.. that.."
The girl got confused and spoke, a little annoyed. "Be specific. I don't understand you."
"Oh. Never mind." He looked away.
She stared at him for a second then she said okay and continued to search clothes that will suit her.
Then, he spoke in a low voice that she could barely hear.
"You're cute when you smile.."
"Did you say something?" She said.
He panicked. "Ah! N-nothing!" She then said okay again.
Phew. That was close.. He said to himself.

"Do you like to eat somewhere?" He asked the girl while driving. They already finished buying clothes.
"I just want to stay at home. I don't like outside." She said while looking outside the window.
"If you say so.."

.... ... .. .

While driving, they passed by the burned mall- the place where the man found the girl. The girl just stared at it then suddenly, the memories of the burning mall suddenly popped out her head. "Ah." Her facial expression darkened and she looked down. The man just looked at her, he knew that the girl was still suffering from that incident.

.... ... .. .

"We're home." The man announced. "Don't go exploring by yourself again, okay? This mansion is pretty huge and you'll easily get lost especially if you're new here." He glanced at the mansion and looked at the girl.
She just unconsciously nodded in response.
He suddenly patted her head, making her to come back to reality. "Ah."
"Just be thankful." He said while smiling.
The girl stared at him. "Uh.. You're saying strange things again."
He chuckled. "You just don't get it."
The girl just stared at him with confusion.

.... ... .. .

Night.

Standing on the hall, dazing.

"Stop making that face!" He yelled, walking towards her.
"Huh?" The girl turned her head to look at him. "I'm not making a face."
He leaned casually at the railing then he looked at her. "That sad face."
Her eyes got a little widened. "Sad.. face.." She whispered to herself.
The man looked at the full moon. She followed his gaze.
"Full moon is so peaceful, it's enchanting me." She said while staring at the beautiful moon.
He just agreed on her.

After a minute of silence, the man talked.

"Name."
"Huh? What are you saying? You really like to say wei-"
"Your name." The man cut her. "I want to know your name."
The girl got a little surprised. "My name?"
"You didn't forget your name, did you?"
"Of course I didn't, I don't have an amnesia."
"Haha, I know, so tell me." He smiled at her.
"Lianne. Lianne Vilcrist." She calmly said.
"Lianne, huh? I'll call you Lianne from now on."
"So, from the looks of you, I think you're just 14 years old." He said with a confident smile.
"I'm 24 years old." She said calmly.
"Eh? Can you repeat that?"
"I'm 24 years old. I may be look like a child but I'm not a child." She said with a poker face.
"Eh? Ehhhhhh~?! I'm just 1 year older than you?!" He yelled.
"So, what's with that? Snap out of it. You?"
"And here I always thought that you're just a child." He mumbled to himself. "Oh. Me? Leiblich Anverstein." He smiled and regained his composure.
"Leiblich.." She whispered.
"Yes?" He chuckled. He knew that she was not calling him, he just wanted to tease her.
Lianne said his name again and again.
"Hey, don't repeatedly say my name, it's kinda awkward."
"Your name."
"Huh? What's with my name?"
"I think I heard your name before, somewhere."
"Oh, really.."

They both fell silent.

"I think.." She broke the silence. She looked at him with a meaning behind her eyes.
"Huh?"
"I already met you."
His eyes widened. "Huh? What? Don't make me laugh. What are you saying? This is the first time we-" Leiblich suddenly fell silent. His eyes widened, couldn't believe of what he just saw. A person popped out of his head. A girl glancing at his way wearing a tender smile, smiling at him. He just saw it in a flash and the image was kinda blurry.
Lianne became worried of his sudden silence so she called his name again and again.
"Leiblich.. Leiblich!" The sudden call of his name made him go back to reality.
"Huh? What? Why? Uhh.. Yeah? What did you say?"
Lianne just looked at him, worried.
"Are you alright? You suddenly fell silent."
"Uh.. did I?" He replied with a forced smile. When Lianne was about to respond, Leiblich suddenly talked.
"Hey, what time is it? We should sleep, I'm going. If you'll excuse me." He walked away with a blank expression on his face.
Lianne just watched him leave the place.

.... ... .. .
