Biggest Heart (Nejitama)

Nejire and Tamaki were just taking a simple walk. When suddenly the shop across the way they were walking had villains busting it up. Nejire and Tamaki (Nejire-chan, Suneater) took care of them.

While waiting for the police to arrive the old owner is looking at all the damage done. She sigh knowing she can't get all the repairs done by herself.

Nejire walks over calming, leaving Tamaki to watch over the villains. She frowns seeing all the damage "I'm so sorry about your store sir! Are you going to be able to get it repaired?" The old owner frowns.

"Unfortunately not, I now don't have the money to even get more shipments. I guess it's time to retire. Thank you both for trying to help" She sighs heavily and walks away slowly.

Tamaki sees how down she really is and decides to do something about it.... Right after he gets out of this crowd. He ends up pulling the hood of his jacket over his face to try and hide from the roaring fans in front of him now. Thankfully the police got there before the crowd got any bigger.

Nejire and Tamaki start on their walk once more. Nejire sighs "I wish we could have saved her store in time. I feel so bad for her. It might have been a family business and she might have been saving up to get her grandchildren something! Tama! We must help her! But how?"

While Nejire was talking, Tamaki was thinking up a plan of action. He was going to send the old owner an anonymous letter and envelope. Of course, he doesn't want her to know its from him because then he would be in the spotlight once more.

While Nejire loved being in the spotlight, he didn't. Which makes them opposites, which means it's like the old saying... Opposites attract.

They first got together in their last year at UA, he was so nervous because he's never had to admit his feelings before but if he didn't do it then, he would never be able to do it at all.

Then Nejire would have found someone else to love instead of him! Those are his occasional thoughts on the matter. Anyway, they moved in together after high school. Upon Nejire's request. They were headed back to the apartment that they shared.

As they walked into the threshold, Tamaki went up to his office to see if he could find any envelopes and stamps. Nejire watched after him curiously, but decided she'd think up a plan without him.

Knowing he wouldn't want to be in the spotlight. She gathered up some money she was saving. She put some in a Christmas card and put the card in an envelope and sealed it.

She yelled up to Tamaki, who is still in his office. He finally found the envelope and stamps he had. "Tama! I'm headed out, do you need me to get you anything?" He heard that and started rushing to get downstairs.

"A-Actually, I have something I want to mail out. Can you put it in the mailbox?" He finally makes it downstairs, He hands the envelope to Nejire, who inspects it with a smile on her face.

"Oooo! Tama! You're sending the old shopkeeper a card? How thoughtful. I can always drop it off with mine." He shakes his head quickly "N-No please don't! I don't know what she will say and I don't want her to know it was me..." Nejire nods and smiles.

"Guess I'm the only one that will know you have the biggest heart huh?" Nejire kisses Tamaki on the cheek and then rushes out the door giggling like crazy.

Tamaki turns all shades of red. He tries to hide his face but knowing he's the only one at home now, (Except you readers xD jk) he smiled a little smile.

Only Nejire could see him like this and make his poor heartbeat like a drum whenever she was in the room. Although he can't say it out loud, he proves it with actions.

Sadly, he gave all his money he earned to help with the old store owner. He couldn't get Nejire anything for Christmas, now he's bummed out.

Nejire gets back soon before night fall. She opens the door to something smelling delicious. She hurries to the kitchen to see Tamaki making her favorite dinner.

She's come to love Tamaki's cooking. Since he's the one that cooks the most because of his quirk. She comes over to Tamaki and hugging him from behind "Is that my favorite meal!?!?!?" She squeals, its unfortunately closer to Tamaki's ear than it was supposed to be.

Making Tamaki wince and cover his ear "H-Hado, please, don't scream in my ear." Nejire rubs the back of her neck sheepishly "Ah, sorry Tama! I didn't mean to scream in your ear. Anyway, what's the special occasion?"

Tamaki looks down sadly. "Well, you know how that old shopkeeper was so down in her luck? W-Well, I gave her the last of my money... I'm sorry, I couldn't get you anything butterfly..." Nejire smiles gently at the shy little elf she calls her own.

"It's ok Tama. I'm so proud of you, you are helping someone out there who needed it more than we do. I don't need anything for Christmas, if I have you." She nudges his nose with hers gently.

Tamaki starts going pink and is now shuddering a lot more "B-Butterfly, I.... uh... I.. Same... To you... "His tone of voice gets higher and higher as he kept speaking. Nejire smiles a big goofy smile and grabs the pink in the face Tamaki and pulls him into a kiss.

It takes Tamaki a minute to register what is exactly happening, but as soon as his brain catches up, he kisses back. But gently. As soon as it began it was over as Nejire pulls away. A little pink in the face herself. "Merry Christmas Tamaki, I love you!" Tamaki smiles "A-And I love you."

*squeals* AW OMG THIS IS SO FREAKIN CUTE KIMMY, I LOVE IT. I didn't even need to make any changes, it was perfect! DekuBabyxxx
