Chapter 43

Cuphead's POV

My hands started to shake as I held him. I picked him up and began to walk through the trees. His breathing was shallow and forced. His eyes twitched while tearing up. I looked behind to see this man following close behind. I didn't have time to think. I ran faster.

His breathing was so heavy and hitched. Bendy's ankle looked sprained as well since it was starting to swell. I felt a little tired but my heart was pounding way too much. The look on his face as he fell is what hurt to see. I don't know what to do.

As I reached his house I kicked the door down and set Bendy down on the bed. I heard footsteps behind me. "Will you go away please? " I tell him. He shook his head.
"Mister it looked like you had kidnapped him. I can't allow you to randomly take him with him being unconscious. " he spoke. I grabbed towels and a bowl of water. As I wiped his head I couldn't help but feel uneasy.

Bendy flinched. My hand jumped back. It weird having a stranger stand over me. " Oh I see. This kid has the Inkness." I froze. "Inkness?" I asked. I didnt know what to think. There was no way Bendy had that. Right? I looked back down. Still wiping him down. It kept running though. After I was done I left him on the couch and led the stranger outside.

"Sir who are you?"
" I'm Henry" he said. I nodded my head. I kept looking back at the house. Its odd leaving him in there by himself, but I didn't want this person near Bendy. "Well why did you run off with him?" He looked puzzled. "Pardon? Did you not see? " he asked. I looked back at him equally confused. "W- what do you mean? ....." he looked at me with the most serious look in his eyes.

" There was someone behind you about to push you down..."
