Appearance: Maria is 5'7 with light tanned and clear skin aside from the two small scars on the bottom corner of her left lip and below her left eye. She has messy layered bob hair dyed in a cherry red color while her eyes are light brown and also has visible cyberware on her cheeks.

Outfit: Maria wears a black beanie with a small skull icon imprinted, she always a red flannel shirt that's usually stays open with a grey t-shirt underneath and a black choker around her neck. On both her wrists are black wristbands while she wears some dark blue skinny jeans with a torn hole on her right knee. To finalize her outfit, she wears white sneakers with two black strikes on the outer sides of the shoes.

Background Info: Best friend of Yin Long, Maria was born and raised up as one of the Street Kids of Night City. As a little kid, she had a father who once worked with the Arasaka Corp but lost his life from an "accident." Of course, Maria doesn't buy it at all and as for her mother, who knows really. She left one night and never returned, people said she got kidnapped, killed or ran off to start a new family in another city. But all in all, Maria wasn't really an orphan. She met a guy who ran with the Valentinos on the street, she tried to rob him but that obviously didn't go to well in the end for her.

When she explained herself about her situation to the man, he then handed her some money before taking her in as her guardian. Maria felt uncomfortable at first but that changed when he brought her to a nice home where his own family resides. After that, she became an important part of the said family and ran with the Valentinos when she got older for a few years before setting off to find her own place to live with a new job to maintain. Life went easy for her after she picked up a job from Tom's Diner, the same place where she met Yin for the first time when she was looking for a place while finding something to eat. The girl wasn't much of a talker but she still held her interests to Maria and Maria can definitely assume it was a vice versa thing because Maria found Yin coming back to the same diner almost frequently from then on. With each visit, the two began to learn more about each other as they bonded closer. But if there's one thing that Maria still doesn't about Yin, it's the fact that she's a hidden plain in sight murderer, Blood Child.
