Meeting the strange yet sweet Neferu

The Meeting

you are walking through the palace bored and humming to yourself while glancing back hoping to catch a glimpse of the new arrival you had been hearing rumors about, you start to pick up the pace as you don't wanna be late for dinner as you turn a corner you walk face first into something hairy and muscular
Neferu- "hey now who might you be" he says flashing a grin and staring down at you "y/n inner thoughts- wow who is he i've never seen anyone who looks like him before and wow is he tall, i have to look up to make eye contact" "oh umm sorry i'm y/n" you say while quickly looking away trying to not to blush, you try to walk past the strange creature but he stops you with his paw. Neferu- "i'm neferu nice to meet you y/n" you look up at him and see his contagious grin and can't help feeling like smiling back but you stop yourself, "i'm new to these halls and by the looks of it so are you?" damn how did he know so much already i had only bumped into the guy less then 2 minutes ago. Y/n-"umm yes i'm new here you could say" you start playing with your fingers "i only arrived about a week ago" you say now locking eyes with stranger who seems to be named Neferu. "what are you doing here, I-I mean" damn it i'm susposed to not ask to many questions and keep a low profile. Neferu chuckles under his breath obviously not trying to hide it. Neferu-"oh don't worry about me i'm here on boring business work, you are a curious little creature aren't you" as he says this he leans down to meet your eyes his hot breath on your face no oder but i can smell a hint of alcohol. you can't help it but for some reason you don't feel scared more interested or maybe even curious? why is this man if it is a man talking to me and why am i taking back? y/n-"what do you mean by curious? you look curious" as i say this Neferu stands back at his full hight crossing his arms and still smirking.
Neferu-" i guess i am a bit curious now that you mention it" he says while moving his fingers up his forearm, "but i'd still like to know a bit more about you, follow me please if you would" he gestures towards  a large set of doors. y/n-" i umm i don't know if i'm able too i'm sorry" quickly you look down at the floor not wanting to meet the jackals eyes, those ocean blue eyes. "inner thoughts- why am i thinking about him this way i've known him all of 10 minutes and i already focused on his eyes let alone his muscular body thought there isn't much left up to the imagination" i snap out of it when i realize what happened, Neferu grabs my hand. Neferu-"join me y/n if you so kindly would" i can't tell him no and i have to admit i'm interested in what he wants. Y/n-" okay let's go just please be fast i have to be somewhere" you look down again "sorry" Neferu gives you a almost friendly look. Neferu-" aww don't worry it won't take long besides this will be our little adventure" he says with a laugh.
