"Goodmorning y/n, it is time to wake up" the windows open slightly "The time is 8 o'clock and the weather for today is.." Y/n-"shut up com" you still are not used to being woken up by a voice that also is in control of the room. Com-"Shutting up y/n" you are still in bed under the covers not wanting to get up. You scratch your head and yawn still looking up at the ceiling.
Inner thoughts-"was last night real or was this all a dream, god my leg still still hurts so it must be real" you pull the sheets off to look at your leg, there is a purple bruise the size of a baseball there. "I guess it was real, than that also means I have plans this morning but have no idea when that is, Neferu never told me, I wonder what he is so excited about" Com-"I have a message from Neferu, shall I play it for you" "yes com" you recognize the voice and it is definitely Neferu. "Hey y/n I am going to be stopping by around 8:30 so be ready, no need to worry about breakfast I'll bring something over, com end message" Y/n-"great so I have almost no time to get a shower or anything before he shows up, I wish he told me this yesterday" you get out of bed and head into the bathroom, you look in the mirror "god my hair is a mess" you start pushing it out if your face "I wish they had real toothpaste" you take out the teeth cleaning rinse put it in your mouth than spit it out "still no flavour" you look at the plaque in the sink and turn the faucet to wash it down, you hear a slight buzz and head out of the bathroom. Neferu-"goodmorning y/n" Neferu is standing next to the bed with a small basket in his hands and his other on his hip, he smiles at you "hope my arrival wasn't too unexpected, I came a bit early I see" he glances down. You quickly coverup your chest and can feel your face turning red. Y/n-"yeah you kinda did" Neferu looks away now looking at the ceiling. You sigh "well since you are here might as well get comfortable, you can sit on the sofa until I'm ready" Neferu walks towards the sofa then sits on the bed, you roll your eyes. Neferu-"So how did you sleep, I do hope my message got to you on time" he says this with his finger on his chin. Y/n-"yeah I got it, com told me, hey! look away while I change" you didn't mean to say that last part so harshly. Neferu looks at the wall slightly annoyed, you take off the robes and put on a fresh pair of shorts you managed to have made "okay I'm good now" you turn around and Neferu is already looking at you. Neferu-"you want breakfast now?"trying to change the subject he opens the basket "I brought enough for the two of us" he laughs "It's some wine, olives, bread, and a little cheese, I hope that's okay" he looks down at the ground "well it's all they would give me" Y/n-"no you are fine this looks really good" you sit down next to Neferu and he prepares a plate for you. "Thank you very much, this looks delicious" Neferu-"I sure hope so, I'm not used to this kinda thing, but it's not all bad" he chuckles again "It has a unique taste especially for breakfast" Neferu opens the bottle of wine "you want some" Y/n-"no thanks, I don't normally drink in the morning" Neferu-"refusing a drink could be considered a sign of disrespect" you can feel your face getting hot again "I'm just teasing" Neferu flicks you on the forehead in a playful manner. Y/n-"hey stop that" as you push his hand away, in response Neferu does it again laughing more. You look over and flick him on the ear, Neferu looks surprised but not upset. "So what all did you have planned for today, I'm sure it's not just food. Neferu-"have you had your morning shower?" Y/n-"no, sorry" you look away embraced, Neferu puts his paw on your face and moves your head so you are looking up at him "No need to be sorry, this works out better than I had hoped, are you finished eating?" you look at your empty plate. Y/n-"no as you can see I still have sooo much" Neferu looks like he wants to start laughing but just ends up smirking. Neferu stands up "well then we should be going, grab your clothes and let's go" he starts for the door. Y/n-"wait where are we even going" Neferu looks at you, "to the private baths of course" you stand up and wonder what a private bath and hope it is better than just a big tub, you walk over to Neferu. Y/n-"so are you going to escort me" Neferu looks down at you and blushes slightly, "of course I will" you wrap arms with Neferu and start walking down the hallway with the slight chirp of birds echoing behind you.
