at the end, dream was just a boy, a boy who had loved another boy so much, a boy who was lying dead on the floor.
today, for the first time, george realised he loved dream.
technoblade collapsed to the ground. he cried and cried and cried. i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry he said. and wilbur cried to and sapnap covered his face and george stared at the boy.
at the end george was alone. even when they were back home. even when technoblade was in jail. even when things started to feel normal again.
they buried dream next to the cornflowers he'd planted for george the day before. every day george sat there and talked about the stars and the flowers he was growing and how the harvest went. he cried a lot even when he felt happy.
in the end he was just a boy who loved another boy.
