Between Realities

Update (sort of)

Hi I realized that there are a few things that may be confusing that I should clear up.

First of all I haven't got a chapter out in a while because chapter 4 glitched and deleted itself so I will be starting it again very soon. I have had a ton of assignments racked up so hopefully I will be able to get the chapter out by the weekend.

Anyway, on to the information about the story. The story takes place without Voldemort existing. The war and all that never happened. In my story Harry's parents were killed but Voldemort died when he tried to curse baby Harry. So basically the kids have a normal life at Hogwarts besides the fact that Harry is still "the Chosen One" and "the Boy Who Lived."

The main character's full name is Jenna Pattinson. This will probably lead to funny encounters with Cedric feeling like that last name is familiar.

The story takes place in the modern day but the town has more of an older vibe. Jenna is also an old soul. She's a hardcore skater and enjoys alternative rock and music along that line. The town she lives in itself is not based off of mine but the people in it are. It's crawling with normies and country kids that she cannot stand. Being that the town is pretty small, there's not too many kids in her school so it's not hard to believe that she is the ONLY person with an alt lifestyle and that is a skater.

In her D.R. these are some things that are scripted:
• time pauses when she leaves and picks up where it left off at when she comes back
• her and Cedric are deeply in love
• Hermione isn't that innocent (so she can actually be fun at parties and get-togethers)
• she is the same height in her D.R. that she is in her C.R. so that it feels very realistic
• Draco tries to be nice to them but usually the rest of the group doesn't see his attempts
• she has a record player in her dorm that can play any song she thinks of when she points her wand at it
• there are 2 to a dorm and her and Hermione are dorm mates
• she has leds in her dorm except they are not a light strip. they are little balls of light magically connect on a nonexistent string and she changes the color with her wand
• Cedric knows the Gryffindor password and she knows the Hufflepuff password
• she keeps her wand and a dagger on a simple black thigh holster (Cedric thinks this is very hot, especially when he can see it when she wears a skirt:)

Jenna's parents died in a plane crash when she was younger. Her aunt raised her but absolutely hates her because she never liked kids. Her aunt is a nurse who usually works the night shift. Jenna knows how to fend for and take care of herself so she is never really afraid to do anything.

My story will contain the f slur. I am bisexual so I will be spelling it out. This is just a warning because if you're uncomfortable please do not report anything or leave hate in the comments. Jenna is also bisexual and has to deal with the slur being thrown at her all the time. Don't forget this story is slightly based off of me who has to deal with it too :) There will also be smoking, alcohol consumption, violence, heavy language, profanity, and a little smut, nothing too crazy.

Lets try to make the Draco stans and simps mad by getting a Cedric Diggory story to Golden Boy's level haha. (Don't worry all jokes I like Draco too;)
