Detention with Draco (part 2)

chapter 7

The twins and I stayed outside the entire night in their family instant tent, Ron, Harry and Hermione slept in there too but kept too themselves thank god, I can't stand how serious they are sometimes and being that they know I'm dating Draco they all have some grudge against me, not that I care but it's not like I listen important stuff, it bores me so no thanks.

The twins and I stayed up for hours messing around and leaving presents for the other three, just as a nice wake up surprise.

I ended up getting really cold after the boys went to sleep so I decided to put on molly's sweater that she made me and I actually ended up loving it, it was super warm and comfortable and it was a little over sized but I didn't mind. From me hating it and wanting to throw it in the bin to wearing it and never wanting to take it off, I was quite impressed with molly's skill.

I finally went to sleep in the early hours and not long after I was shoved around by the twins. I groaned and pulled the covers over my face. "piss off it's too early" "common y/n get up" said one of them "three more hours" I replied in my morning voice "common!" they shoved me again "ah for fucks sakes fine" I threw my covers off and gave them a dirty look but they never thought twice about my moods.

We all had breakfast and I had a shower and got dressed. I wasnt sure what they wanted to do today but I made sure to dress warm because January was never warm.

"where are we going?" I asked as the twins headed down the drive way of the burrow "our secret place" Fred said and left it at that and I shrugged my shoulders knowing I wouldn't get much more out of them so we just made conversation about some stupid stuff.

We finally got to a turn off on the road we were walking down so they started walking down. The path  seemed over grown but they conversation didn't die down or get awkward like I assume a murder about to take place would feel. The vibe was peaceful and it was a beautiful walk.

"so y/n, you have been chosen by none other than us to be shown our secret lair, if you tell anyone about this place than we will have no choice to destroy your bloodline, got it?" George said with a serious face "jeez, it's just an overgrown path, what's so good about it?" "gasp, you haven't seen the best part you biased hag" George retorted clutching his chest as if he had been stabbed.

I rolled my eyes but they kept walking further so I followed and it came to a clearing where am old presumably abandoned mansion was.

"wow, now this is sweet" I said as I took in the view. "told ya" they both said "let's go in" I said with a skip in my step "well the place is old as and there's a lot of rotten wood so we have to be careful but since it's your first time here we might as well let you see it in its full glory". George saw my excitement and smiled.

I started to run up to the porch and the first door I saw, we pushed it open, I'm assumed it was open because the boys had opened it the last time they were hear.

Looking in it was very empty and dirty with leaves and dust everywhere but you could tell that it was beautiful in its time.

After a good thirty minutes we had explored the entire house without falling through any ceilings or floors so I counted it as a win. We decided to go out to the back yard that looked like it was a beautiful court yard at one stage but massively overgrown, we found a tire swing so I dibsed it and they pushed me even though they didn't want to.

Honestly it felt so relaxing after the shit we've been through and I was grateful for the twins for distracting me from my own thoughts at times.

"common, we should go now, mum will get worried" Fred said reluctantly but we agreed and headed back to the burrow.

Once we got back I decided I should go home being that it was getting dark and I didn't want to stay for another night, I wanted to sleep in the next day and I knew that these early birds would get on my bad side if they woke me two days in a row.

"are you going home y/n dear?" molly saw my bag and saw my sweater that I had been wearing since last night and smiled "oh y/n, did you like your sweater?" she smiled. I looked down and smiled "yeah, I really do actually. Thank you so much mum" "not a problem dear. Must you really go. You could stay for dinner?" my stomach growled "well...." I said "if you insist" I popped down my bag and she smiled and put on dinner.

Food was delicious and I was glad I gave in because I knew that there was only noodles and sauces at home.

"mmm yum, thanks mum, that was delicious, but really I need to go home, I will come and see you guys again soon I promise" I hugged everyone that was at the table, even harry and his lot.

The twins gave me a long and warm hug each just like how their mum would, I loved that they cared about me so much it made me special.

I gave molly another hug and threw my floo powder and called out my address and was sucked into the living room of my place.

No one was home again and I sighed and threw my bag and shoes off and plonked myself onto the lounge.

I was buggered and tired so I decided I wanted to go to sleep and enjoy a nice sleep in, mum and dad weren't going to be home for another few days so I was going to be bored at home. Hopefully Draco would send me a letter or two or even come see me again. I know it's hard but I want to see him every moment of every day and it was so stupid how much I wanted to be around someone, I always thought that those sappy romance books were bullshit about how much they loved someone but then Draco and I got together and I can't think of anyone else I would like to be with.

I pulled myself if the couch and made my way up to my room and changed into my pajamas which consisted of my underwear and the new sweater molly had made me.

I lied down and wrapped myself in my covers and drifted off to sleep.

My dreams consisted of one of my old friends from first year turning into a dinosaur and chasing me but then turning into a talking dog and then I was in a barn and then I was at a museum but it all seemed normal in my dream.

I woke up with a shock from being eaten by the dinosaur.

"well there goes my nice sleep in" I sighed and rolled over.

"AH!"

I yelled "Draco what the f.... How the hell did you get in, and how long have you been there?" I sat up quickly my heart pounding from the scare.

"not too long, if I was going to have to wait any longer I was going to wake you so nice to see you're awake"

He smiled down at me from the chair he was sitting on at the side of my bed and I pushed away my questions and moved my covers so he could join me "well common, if you don't hurry up the cold will leave" I rolled my eyes.

He took off his shoes and hopped into bed with me and wrapped his arms around me "I missed you" he said quietly under his breath "I missed you"

So long awaited I finally made a chapter after being reminded by my wattpad friend to make a new chapter.  I'm wanting to write a new chapter every Wednesday because that's the only day I'm getting off work so make sure you guys push me to make a new chapter then, anyways, I hope you enjoy. Ily x
