Reese clutched his stomach as he laughed, " Your sister out bests you by far." He wiped the tears that formed in his eyes from the laughter.
Aiyden groaned, "Oh now you'll enjoy my embarrassment as well? I should tell you that it was a rather large rabbit."
His face had blush running to it's cheeks in embarrasment, the two had been taking turns telling embarrassing stories of each other. A couple of hours had passed since they met and they were getting along just fine."So large that you feared it was a Nahual?" Reese snorted as he laughed.
"I WAS A CHILD REESE"
"Seems to me you still are afraid of rabbits."
Aiyden huffed, "I don't fear anything."
Reese chuckled, "Is that so?"
"Indeed it is, and I especially don't fear something as petite as a rabbit."
"We're all afraid of something, perhaps I should figure your fears out." Reese says with a smirk, if only Aiyden lived in the kingdom. He'd be sure to tease him everyday and make it a mission to find his fear.
"You can try." Aiyden laughed out before looking at Reese who was beaming like a child.
"You know, it's a shame you live in Anuire. You're a pretty interesting person."
Reese laughed, "And it's a shame you live in Krolia. How will I find your fear when you are out of reach."
"I suppose I have no other choice than to sneak you back with me."
The two laughed and Reese leaned back, resting his body in Aiyden's lap. Aiyden raised a curious brow at him but said nothing. He was always told Anuire was a more affectionate kingdom than Krolia.
"You intrigue me Reese. I feel as though I've known you for years."
Reese's nodded, "And I, you. Though I'd have to admit you're probably the only person I've spoken to like this in years."
"Oh? Why is that?"
Reese hummed, there was no harm in telling him who he was. In fact, at some point or another he'd find out anyways, it wasn't as if it was a secret.. however, it was relieving to have someone not question him on why the gates were closed.
"I'm not very fond of people, outside of my family and teachers I haven't talked to much else." He only half lied.
"What keeps you company?"
"Books, though I feel as though I've read them all. I also occupy myself with writing, when one is so alone he has many thoughts to share."
Aiyden's eyes sparked with interest, "You write? Is it to far for me to ask what it is you write?"
"Lots of things, poetry is my favorite. I do quite enjoy creating heroic stories as well. Though, most of the time I just write my thoughts and feelings..despite disliking others I do wish I had someone to discuss my burdens to. Writing them out feels as though I'm being heard, even if it'll never be read."
Aiyden smiled, "Well as of now, you have me. We'll just have to write letters to one another from now on. I am also a bit curious of your writing. Perhaps you should show me sometime."
Reese shook his head, "I forbid it, though perhaps if you are especially kind I may just write something for you."
Aiyden chuckled and raised a brow, "if I'm especially kind perhaps I could even receive a love letter." He joked lightly which earned a swift hit from Reese.
Aiyden laughed and watched the boy blush of what he assumed was embarrassment. Reese got off Aiyden's lap and exhaled deeply.
"What makes you believe that you are of my fancy?"
