Ignoring dirty looks from the wolves as he passed, Zim bravely approached Mitus. He turned to face the crowd of wolves he had just walked through.
"It was Mitus," he said in a low growl that was loud enough to echo in the cave. Mitus's brow furrowed. How did this little disgrace know he was the killer? Did he see it? Mitus had done a complete perimeter check before leading Alpha there to his death.Thorn, a young wolvess *female wolf*, came forward. "Zim, what proof do you have?" she inquired. Her scared face studied Zim over carefully.
"W-well.." Zim stuttered. Mitus laughed, "he has none the little coal chunk. In the absence of Alpha and until a new alpha is chosen it is my duty to take his place. My first act as alpha is to exile this black ruin to the Haunters pack."
