2 Assembling The Team

"Tono!" Ji called with a desperate look on his face.

"It's the Corrupt Ones but... its not the fodder you fought earlier, its inhabiting the body of the boss on floor 2. Many players are gonna die... we're gonna have the to call upon your retainers"

Takeru grabbed Jii-Sans wrist.

"Wait! I said I'd do it myself didn't I?"

"How long will you keep saying that? This is no time to be stubborn! You should know how powerful Doukoku is!"

"That's why!... that's why... I'm not sure if I can just let these guys get caught in this battle. These guys haven't seen the enemy before and are all probably scarred for there lives right now..."

"Did you forget your late fathers words?" Jii said reminding Takeru of when he was a kid in a burning house and his father was filled to the brim with arrows, on the brink of death.

"From today on you are shinkenred, no matter what do not run away! Protect this world from the corrupt ones!" His father said handing him a pentagon shaped origami which Takeru held tightly in his hand right now in present day.

"Their fate was to be born samurai. Everyone has surely come to terms with this. Also... Just like you, my lord, as painful as it is this is a burden they must bear..." Jii said taking out a bow a firing four hours to summon the other four players and let them know that the time has come.

Takeru while still reluctant sucked up his pride and prepared himself for battle.

Jii then slammed his hand on the ground and opened a box containing 4 other script phones.

"Here! The samurais will surely come forth" He said.

Takeru took the four phones and put them in his item box. He then time out his own and wrote the kanji for horse summoning one right infront of him.

The gates of the mansion opened and the kuroko raised the Shiba samurai emblem.

"Our Lord is going into battle!" Ji said.

Takeru got on his horse and headed to go find his retainers.

He found them outside the dungeon.

They all seemed pretty lost on who there lord was so he decided to clear the air.

"So you guys are the samurai" He said showing them his origami.

"You are... Our tono! Pardon us!" Blue said bowing before his lord-sama.

"Lets get one thing straight! If you proceed there is no turning back. Either defeat the corrupt ones or lose and die. If your still willing to fight despite this I'll give you one of these" Takeru said showing them a script phone.

He got off his horse and slowly approached looking at them each eye to eye.

"But... Don't choose because of things like retainers or loyalty... Be resolute with your decision"

There was a short pause before everyone agreed and Takeru tossed them there phones.

"Let's go" He said as the Koroko covered them in flags.

Inside the dungeon the players couldn't even get to the dn boss room the corrupt ones had seizes controls of the enemy's defending the door and there levels were too high.

Kirito and Asuna managed because they just can but the same couldn't be said for the under leveled players.

"Please I don't want to die!" One yelled out.

The corrupt one was on the verge of sliding his throat but drums started playing and he was distracted allowing the player to live another day.

"Huh?" The corrupt ones and even the players stopped to look at who had arrived.

The Kuroko set the stage revealing 5 players with a banner on the back of each of them.

"That's far enough Corrupt ones" The one in the middle said.

"Who is that?" Asuna asked.

"That family crest don't tell me your..."

Takeru raised his phone in response.

"That's right" He said turning it to release the brush.

"Script phone!" He said as the others did the same.

"Providence!"

They each drew in the air 5 different Kanjis. Takeru's being fire, another one water, earth tree and air.

By spinning the kanji and clicking there phones they equipment changed as did there outfits.

They were each rocking a samurai kimono that were color coded.

Asuna asked earlier who they were so they decided to answer.

"Shinken red... Shiba Takeru"

"The same goes for blue Ikenami Ryunosuke!"

"The same goes for pink Shirai shi Mako"

"The same goes for green Tiny Chaiki!"

"The same goes for yellow Silica!"

Takeru traced his sword while the others bowed.

"The samurai squadron authorized by providence!"

"Shinkengers! Going fourth!"

"GET THEM!" The corrupt one yelled.

They were here to save players and prevent the corrupt ones taking over the world. Although everyone didn't know that. Everyone just saw them as random color coated players with a bit of skill.

Takeru savagely cut them down with no remorse. He even killed some of them without looking.

An entire legion gathered and shot arrows at Takeru. He cut there arrows mid air and even caught one.

He squadron regrouped since they were getting overwhelmed.

"There so many of them!" Green said.

"It's like there's no end!" Pink added.

"Tono I'll protect you!" Blue said.

"Protect yourself" He said pushing away his arm.

"Your in the way" He said spinning the disc on his sword.

It changed from a normal samurai sword to a massive fire cutter as big as the buster sword.

"Raging Fire Buster!" He said putting a disc on it to give it fire aspect.

"Get down!" He said swinging the massive blade over his teammates and cleaning up the hordes of enemy's.

While everyone else unlocked there signature weapons as well Takeru ran into the boss room.

The boss was only supposed to be a level 15 but the corrupt one shot his level up to 30 meanwhile Takeru was only 10.

That didn't stop him however as his weapon was strong enough to block attacks from it.

"HA!" Takeru yelled slashing at it's stomach. The monster was then sent flying from a surprising upslash.

Enraged the corrupt one threw a boulder at Takeru who just stood there and waited for it to get close to him like a savage.

He split the boulder in half with so much force it exploded behind him.

The boss was now at yellow now was his chance!

Takeru knocked the blades out his hands and used his sword to slamm him against a wall so hard it cracked and the corrupt one writhed in pain.

He then spun around and destroyed the corrupt one with one last finishing blow.

His sword turned back to normal as his retainers regrouped with him.

"Amazing!" Silica said.

Other players soon gathered expecting Takeru to brag about how he just solo'd a boss, but he was just getting ready to go home.

"Wait!" A black swordsman called out.

"Who are you?" He asked as if they didn't make it obvious in the first place.

"We're Samurai... Squadron Shinkenger..." He said walking away.

From that moment onward Kirito knew there was something special about him.
