Chapter 1: "Something's Coming"

The younger boy sqealed with excitement!
He could finally see the love of his life.
Kurt hasn't been to school lately because he was Ill.
Blaine raced down the stairs grabbing his red and dark blue striped curf gently wrapping it around his neck before grabbing his keys.

“HEY!” the younger boy froze in his steps, mentally slapping himself. He took a deep breathe, sighing before turning around.

The groggy voice belonged to non other than Blaine's father. He's been drinking again.

“What?” the gel headed boy answered barely audible. He cleared his throat taking a step back.

“Yes?” Blaine was quick to give in to fear.

“Where the hell do you think you're going?” the older man whom reeked of alcohol took a step closer.

“Its Saturday... I- I'm going out with a friend” blaine suggested.

Frank has never been too fonde of Gay people or anyone from the lgbtq+ community. So blaine never mentioned kurt because he knew what could possibly come after that.

Blaine's father had tendencies of an abuser but never acted upon them.

“We're gonna go to the lima bean to catch up” blaine swallowed hard. He was scared he was intimadated for sure.

The older man had a slick smirk playing on his lips.  He was proud of how blaine feared him.
Blaine was so disgusted but he didn't dare show it.

Don't get blaine wrong... If frank ever tried something blaine would 100% defend himself. But there was always that barrior
That kept blaine from doing anything. That was his dad. But he was his son.

“I'll be back before 11” the younger boy spoke with trepidation.

“Go head” said frank “Be back by 9” the smelling older man compromised.

“No later” he strongly demanded.

The younger boy nodded his head before leaving the house. He exhaled deeply, taken in the cold air. It was raining. The younger boy made it to the end of his property when he saw kurt pulling up. ‘Gosh he looks beautiful’ blaine thought to himself. ‘How did I get so lucky?' he was in awe.

He ran to Kurt's car, waving before jumping into the passenger seat.

“Hi!!” said the cheery boy. He was happy to see Kurt's face. He missed him.

“Hi, babe” the older boy said. Kurt searched around looking at every inch of his boyfriend, admiring his features. My gosh this man is the most adorable thing he's ever seen.

“What?” blaine said with a beatific smile. He was glowing. The minute he saw kurt, everything that happened just minutes ago didn't matter. He was happy, kurt was his happy place.

“You're just...so adorable” Said the older boy.

blaine gave a gleeful (😉) smile to the boy in front of him.

“So does that guarantee me a kiss?” said the merry boy. He crossed his arms, a playful smile playing on his lips. He corks an eyebrow up before looking out the window.

“I don't know” said the prominent boy “What's in it for me?” the younger boy snapped his head back at his boyfriend with surprise.

“I'm kidding, you never have to ask” said the older boy smirking.

The younger boy rolled his eyes, pouting turning around “Throwing a fit”

“Blaine don't be like that...it was a joke”
Said the older boy. Kurt knew blaine was faking. He just had to play his cards right.

“Okay, how about this. We'll stop by the bakery and get two extra cronuts, deal?”
Kurt said.

The younger boy was in deep thought. Man he wanted those cronuts.

“Deal!” he sheeply smiled.

The older boy rolled his eyes softly placing his lips onto his boyfriends. “You're such a dork” said kurt, against his boyfriends lips.

“We better hurry, I have to be back by 9”. Blaine huffed. 

“9?” kurt questioned.

Blaine sighed “yup, 9 pm” blaine rolled his eyes leaning back into his seat.

“Blaine, we only have 6 hours now. Will I see you again?” kurt asked. he felt a little
melancholy.

“I don't know. Maybe not this week”
Said the younger boy.

“But let's not think about that now alright?” let's have some fun while we can yeah?” blaine bargained.

Kurt wiped his tears “You're absolutely right! Let's get going”.

kurt pressed his foot against the gas peddle and they drove off to their destinations...
