"Ali?"
"Mmm"
"Alison?"
"I need you to wake up."
Go away I try and say.
I'm too exhausted to have you near me.
"We're home," he says and he tried to get me out of the passenger car but I felt so incredibly heavy.
"Whose home?"
"Our home, Ali."
"Nope, I'm not going in." With every bit on strength I had left in me, I resist him and push away from him. I'm not going inside there where you fucked that girl.
"I didn't fuck her," he responds.
"Stop reading my mind," I say.
"You said that out loud, Ali."
"Did I?" I ask, still pushing him away.
"You did," he says. I squint my eyes at him, and he is crouch on the floor next to the open passenger door.
"Fuck," I say and hear him laugh.
"Stop laughing at me," I say.
"I'm not laughing at you," he says. "Let's get inside," he continues.
"I don't feel so good," I say.
"Probably because you drank so much," he says sarcastically, and I chuckle.
"I'm going to puke!" I declare.
"Well if that's the case, can you get out of my car?" he says, and I laugh.
"You're such a bitch, I feel sick and you're worrying about your car, you asshole," I say but I continue laughing.
"I'm going to puke!" I say again and with my last bit of strength, I push myself out of the car with Zac's help and crawl in our small car park to the grassy area at the front of our house. I crouched on my hands and knees, my stomach clenching as I puke up everything I had consumed in the past few hours, including the tea I had and my dinner.
This fucking sucks.
I felt Zac behind me, holding my hair back with both of his hands while I gagged with my head in the grass.
Out of all the embarrassing shit I have done in my life, vomiting in front of the person that I love is probably number one.
"Don't look at me," I say between gags. "I'm hideous."
"You will always look beautiful to me, but yeah you do look a little hideous," he jokes, and I poke him with my elbow and then puke only seconds later.
"Don't joke," I try and say but halfway through I ended up gagging more.
After dry heaving for what seemed like a century, I laid down on the grass next to my pile of puke and closed my eyes.
"Don't fall asleep, Ali. I need you to wake up."
But by this point I was already gone. Even in my dreams I was seeing double of everything and I felt like I was boat.
"God, you have vomit all over you," I could hear him say in the distance, but I was too far gone on my little boat to pay him any mind.
"Ali, Alison." I could feel taps on my face, and I tried to swot them away.
"Mmm," was all that I could manage.
"Did you take anything else today?""What?" I tried to say, but something was surging in my throat and I let everything that was left in my stomach come up and out.
