Chapter 10✨

~Eve stretched and sat up, She went to sleep late last night after staying up and talking to Corpse~

"What time is it?"-Eve asked while yawning, she went to grab her phone and realized she was still on call with Corpse.

"Aw"-Eve said as she could hear his deep breaths and little snores. She debated on whether to hang up or keep him on the phone, she didn't want to wake him and she knew that ending the call would make a noise so she used it as an excuse not to hang up, she muted herself and put headphones in so she could hear when he was gonna wake up. She put her phone in her pocket and headed out to the kitchen to make breakfast for everyone.

-Time Skip 15 minutes later-

~Eve kept the phone in her pocket and as she leaned to grab something from a higher shelf accidentally she un-muted herself. She was vibing to music and humming along which started to wake Corpse up.~

-Corpse P.O.V-

~Corpse stretched and then look at his phone, "so that's were that humming is coming from.."he thought to himself. He then heard Eve's voice.~

"Oh Hi Liam!"-Eve said as she walked to a boy named Liam and then Corpse heard what sounded like a kiss.

"Who's Liam? Did they just kiss?"-Corpse thought to himself.

"Hey Evey, what you doing up so early, I thought you'd still be asleep."-Liam said.

"Wtf is he doing at Eve's brothers house, and why did he call her Evey.."-Corpse thought to himself.

"Oh just thought I should make breakfast"-Eve said with a smile on her face.

"Oh sweet, Does your back still hurt?"-Liam asked Eve.

"Her back?! I swear.."-Corpse thought you himself.

"Oh no my back has been fine! I went to a chiropractor months ago! it's all good now!"-Eve said.

"Okay that's good, Next time you choose to Rearrange your apartment, try and get some help."-Liam said Jokingly.

"I'm such an idiot oh my god, why did I even react like that, it's not like I'm interested in her or anything.."-Corpse said to himself.

"I promise I will, if you wanna go ahead and tell Ezrah and Liv breakfast is ready I'll go take my shower."-Eve said

"Sure"-Liam said as he walked off.

~Eve picked up her phone and realized she was unmuted~

"Omg I hope I didn't wake him"-Eve said out loud, "wait I literally said that unmuted.. I definitely woke him now.."

Corpse laughed to himself
"Yeah I'm awake"-Corpse said.

"I am so sorry I didn't mean to wake you, I put the phone on mute or so I thought I really di-"Eve started until she was interrupted.

"Don't worry about it Eve, I was either way gonna wake up sooner or later."-Corpse said with an even lower voice then before (His morning voice) and it finally hit Eve, she just stayed silent taking it in, as her cheeks went bright pink. "Am I scaring you Eve?"- Corpse Asked.

"I uh no- It's anything but scary!"-Eve tried proving her point.

"Then what is it?"-Corpse asked, Eve could feel his smirk.

"It's um.. very um... attractive"-Eve said whispering the last part. As his voice intimidated her in a good way.

"What did you say?"-Corpse asked waiting for Eve to answer.

"It is um.. very attractive"-Eve said more clearly now.

"Good to know, I heard you were going to take a shower so I'll let you do that."-Corpse said.
