"Hey Arie." Alex said from his doorway and I waved back.
"Kouvr still asleep?" I asked and he nodded.
"Yep."
"Good luck." I told him and then walked down the stairs to the kitchen. I saw Charli and Daisy on the couch, watching Netflix and waved at them as I continued on my way. I entered the kitchen and saw Chase leaning against the counter while Thomas was cooking breakfast. "What's for breakfast?" I asked as I moved Chase aside and jumped up onto the counter before placing my elbow on the top of his shoulder and leaning on my hand. I wore matching Panda pj's, the shirt white and the shorts light blue.

"Pancakes." Thomas answered without looking up. Thomas is the eldest of the house, at 21, making him the mother figure so most of the time he makes the food. The second eldest is Daisy who is 20, with Kouvr and Alex both being 19. I'm 18 and Chase is 17. The youngest of us being Charli at 15. The seven of us live here full time and the others come and go as they please, crashing at the house whenever they are in town.
"Sounds good." I said, cleaning my glasses with my shirt.
"Do you have work today?" Chase asked and I nodded.
"Yeah, well it's Friday so I'm working one too five." I told him with a sigh.
"Damn, thought you'd join us to the airport." Chase said and I cocked an eyebrow at him.
"Airport?" I asked and he looked at me confused.
"Did I not tell you?" I shook my head. "We've got two new members to the house that we're picking up at three thirty." Chase informed me and I nodded.
"Alright, i'll just have to meet them after work." I said and he nodded.
"Pancakes are ready." Thomas told us and we helped set the table.
"I'll go get everyone." I said and walked into the living room. I told the girls before going up the stairs. Alex was trying to get Kouvr up but she was hiding under the blankets. "I got this." I told him and leaned over Kouvr. "Breakfast is ready." Kouvr removed the blanket from her eyes.
"What is it?" she asked in her baby voice and I stood up straight.
"Pancakes." I told her and she got up and sped downstairs.
"Good job." Alex said as we followed her downstairs.
"I know how girls mind's work." I told him and he nodded. We all sat down and ate the pancakes as they planned some TikToks for later. I laughed with them and soon it was time to get ready for work. I went to my room and changed from my pajamas into black ripped jeans, a black crop top, a yellow flannel, black boots and a black beanie.
