In the car:-
You were heading to the hotel where you were going to meet the Jeon's again to discuss about the wedding. "So yn can I ask you a question?" Your mom suddenly spoke up making you divert your attention to her.
"Yeah sure go on" "Do you have a boyfriend?" Now that question took you off guard.
This was the first time you had such a conversation with your parents in 21 years of your lifetime and that defies surprised as well as shocked you. "No I don't have one" you replied truthfully gaining appreciating nods from them. "We have something to talk to you later"
'Later' that word is going to haunt you the entire night. You didn't know what your parents supposedly wanted to talk about and related to what making you wonder about all the wrong things you have done which might or might not triger your parents.
Soon you reached the restaurant taking a seat at the table where Taehyung was seated along with the Jeons
You sat right in front of Jungkook as he gave you huge smile to which you responded with a small one making him frown a bit.But he just shrugged it off thinking you might be having a bad day. The dinner continued with Taehyung and Jen's wedding talks which was due in a week.
The steak was served on your plate which somehow you weren't able to cut. Jung kook noticed taking the plate from you and helping you cut it. You mumbled out a small thank you.
After finishing your dinner you excused yourself to use the restroom as Jennie tagged along with you.You were washing your hands when she suddenly spoke "what's going on between you and my brother huh?" You chuckled at her statement "What do you mean what's going on?" "Don't try me I am not dumb I noticed I can't believe that brat brother of mine helped you cut steak" " right he just cut some steak for me why are making it a big deal"
"You don't under yn Jungkook is not the gentleman he looks". "Its fine ok nothing is going on" " don't you have a little crush on brother?" She asked wiggling her eyebrows "N-no I don't" "you just stuttered that means you do have". " fine I might have a little crush on him that's it" you spoke wanting to end the conversation but she still continued

Both of you got startled when you heard the familiar voice of Mrs.Jeon "it would be so great if you both got married" she spoke leaving you both wide eyed and mouth gaped open "oh my god she heard everything my dad will kill me for this " you started panicking " Calm down and let's stop her first"
You both hurriedly went out the restaurant but she was already seated.They were having their own conversation making you realise she hasn't told anyone anything yet.
"I have an announcement.So i am really happy to inform that Jeon industries and Kim Industries and joining hands together" Your dad announced making everyone raise their glasses congratulating. "We are now a family with Taehyung and Jennie getting married and I want to announce that I'll be passing over my position to my son right here" you smiled glancing at Jungkook who was surprised himself with the sudden confession.
"Also to build this bond stronger we have decided to hold a wedding for yn and Jungkook" yours and Jungkook's eyes went wide at the sudden announcement and jennie and Taehyung went silent themselves.The only sound was the elders cheering among themselves
"What are you saying dad that's not possible"Taehyung spoke up.He sounded extremely serious at the moment.He had always been like that a protective and supportive brother who always backed you up and defended you.
"What Taehyung its good for the company as well as the both of them.Jungkook is a great guy" "still she is studying dad" "Don't worry Taehyung she will complete her studies after marriage" Mr.Jeon spoke up. "And anyways she likes my son" Mrs.Jeon spoke up happily. "no-n" you cut yourself when you met his eyes.
He had an unreadable expression.But you for sure knew that he was confused and shocked to know that.You tapped jennie's thigh asking her to speak up but the elders were so busy themselves that they didn't even ask you for once.All this time Jungkook was looking at you but you avoided him at all costs.
"So what do you think about this marriage" Finally someone realised you had to agree to it as well. Before you could speak Jungkook spoke " I am ok with this marriage" you looked at him completely shocked.You were kind of having a staring contest. 'What are you doing?' You mouthed out to him but he didn't reply
