So I recommend meditating for this method it's super important and make sure you read over your script beforehand.

1.)get into a comfortable position, it doesn't have to be starfish as long as it's comfortable, and close your eyes.

2.)repeat the words "I am" over and over until you feel signs of shifting like tingles, floating, lightweight, seeing bright lights, or hearing voices from people in your dr.

3.)start counting from 0 to 100 very slowly take your time you can sneak in some affirmations if you want, you don't have to ut you should feel signs of shifting by now, it's totally cool if you don't.

4.)after counting, slip in affs from your script like i am____years old, my best friends are_______, I live in______, I'm dating______,etc.

5.)once you feel detached start visualizing things from your dr like friends, places, your school, your parents, and things like that.

6.)you should feel your surroundings change into your dr bedroom or something like that, then you are welcome to open your eyes.
