Kamome High - Gunpla Club Clubroom
"Jimi, your Amanozaku's done."
"Thanks Panda!" Jimi quickly snatched his gunpla from Shiro's grasp, eager to train with it again.
After Eiji signed the club to the tournament a couple of days ago, Noct suggested the group to train more for the upcoming tournament. Their skills are adequate but if they want to win the tournament they have to be better. There's also the fact that they have to improve and maintain their gunplas in good condition. They train whenever they have the chance while not neglecting their school duties and other business.
"Hehe... wonder if I should raise the difficulty of the AI." Jimi wryly mentioned with a smile.
"If you're raising the difficulty at least use level C Jimi." Eiji said, sitting on one of the chairs in the room.
"Don't worry about it Eiji, fixing his gunpla is also helping me. If I want to be a good builder I have to be able to fix my teammate's gunpla."
"I guess you're right." The brown haired boy recedes. "But the AI is brutal on higher difficulties, you know that right?"
"I know I know," Jimi nonchalantly said. "They're hard but they're better to train with for me. Unlike yours, my Amanozaku isn't as nimble or fast so I'm training my control and maneuverability."
"Now that you mentioned it, Ritsu's Ehrenritter is a pretty heavy unit isn't it?" Eiji recalled.
"Yeah but she uses Tallgeese's booster pack to compensate for the weight. She can go fast and knock down enemies from afar. But..." Shiro trailed off. "Just like in Gundam Wing it's going to be pretty hard to control."
"What was it they said about the Tallgeese? A metal coffin moving at high speed or something right?" Jimi wonders.
"She's been handling it well so far, i'm not worried about her yet." Eiji said.
The boys continue to chat as Jimi starts the projector to train again. His training was simply to fight and win against AI opponents in which he increased the difficulty whenever he won. Shiro is making himself busy with the model kits they received to better himself before the tournament. Eiji silently watches the two of them as he ponders to himself on what to do.
"Eiji, if you got nothing to do why don't you build that custom gunpla you were talking about?" Shiro asks.
"I want to but..." Eiji paused for a moment. "I kept drawing a blank here!" He said, frustration laced in his tone.
"Geez, that bad huh?"
"I know I want the Kyrios to be the base but anything I come up with just turns it into another generic unit! Originality thou art the bane of my soul!"
"Are you sure you don't want to use the unit i made... the one that you asked me to make?"
"Nah keep it for now, i have plans for that thing for the future."
"So you're just going to participate with your purple Kyrios?"
"Yeah pretty much. Can't have half baked ideas running around the field right?"
"At the very least you could at least touch it up with something. Straight builds are pretty predictable for people who know about its capabilities."
"Hmm... now that you mentioned it, do we have a GN-X or Garazzo in there?" Eiji points his finger to the boxes.
"I don't know, maybe?" He stared at the boxes. "Mr. Noct should've told us what he added in there."
"We should probably unpack it. It's hard trying to find what we need if it's inside those boxes."
