The sun and moon, a deadly love that would end in the demise of the moon. The fiery love has always been passionate. The harsh brightness of the sun bringing light and purpose to the existence of the moon. The sun had warmed the moon, making the moon feel as though the cold days before the sun would fade to a distant memory. As the passion grew, so did the fire of the sun. Where the sun brought purpose to the moon, the moon made the sun feel warm. As the warmest grew in the sun, so did the fury of the scorching flames. One day, as the duo danced the familiar beat, the sun had got too close to the moon. The flames had scorched the soft land of the moon, burning into the perfect sphere without even laying the flames upon it. Remorseful, the sun retreated, promising to never dance with the moon again. After one day of not dancing with the moon, the sun couldn't help but to return to the moon. The scorch marks from the sun had caused deep craters upon the moon, forever marking the moon with the suns passionate love. Even though the sun could not stay away from the moon, the sun vowed to never dance too close to the moon, but to dance around the Earth together. Setting in motion the appearance of the sun rising, as the sun chased their love.
