After that day we never had any trouble with bullying again, we made lots of friends and everybody treated us with respect. In our penultimate year at high school we were elected the school captains by our peers. The last year of high school was a blur, passing the HSCs made everything very stressful but Emily still passed with some of the top marks in the state.
We both went to the same university to study medicine and- ten years later- we became two of the leading doctors in the fight against Skecnopica. And through all of this we remained best friends.
